It was up in the air for a while, but I found this site... http://blogs.astroved.com/the-seventh-house-about-you/ seventh house is personality...explains why the greatest song writers in history, storytellers, are all seventh house/5th house heavy, and have the first four houses empty. IP: Logged |

More than marriage it is one to one relationships...subjectively, it is up to you to chose who your partner is. Mine is the world.IP: Logged |

Well supposedly I was told the guy I marry will be amazing in all aspects. But hey, will have to see what actually happens. If he happens to be super intellectual and witty with a super attractive exterior, wonderful morals/character and great talent for the arts and sports... I ain't gonna complain =).IP: Logged |

No offense. I'm being honest to a fault and it seems like I'm being conceited, however, those adjectives have been used to describe me add nausea. IP: Logged |

ok, first house is the way you present yourselves, your outward manifestation. 7th is how you project qualities onto special one to one relationships ruler of 7th is important, but to also are planets in 7th and how they are aspected. having majority of planets in right hand side has it's own problems... Hemispheres and quadrants Just remember the compass points are ‘reversed’ http://wilsontc.stormloader.com/Step_2_Self_and_other_focus.htm#continue The Western Hemisphere It is the world of other people and of relationships. The native needs fellow creatures in order to reach harmony. He pays much attention, sometimes too much, to other people's views. A prominent Western hemisphere inclines towards extraversion and sociability. http://www.lunarliving.org/astrology/hemispheres_quadrants1.shtml http://www.astrotheme.com/planets-distribution.php http://www.cafeastrology.com/articles/hemisphereemphasis.html http://lucenaturale.com/HowAstrologyMapsToTheHemishperes.htm http://advancedmagic.myfastforum.org/archive/tropical-astrology-for-both-hemispheres__o_t__t_94.html http://www.angelfire.com/music2/alchemy/astrology/bipolarzodiac.html http://www.lunarliving.org/astrology/hemispheres_quadrants1.shtml “The Eastern Hemisphere is comprised of the first 3 and the last 3 housesin other words, Houses 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12. It is the half of the chart that is on the left. When the majority of planets are found in the Eastern hemisphere, the native is generally self-motivated, initiating, action-oriented, and self-assertive. He or she tends to believe strongly in free will. The Western Hemisphere is comprised of Houses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9the right half of the chart. People with the majority of planets in the Western hemisphere tend to be other-oriented and receptive rather than self-motivated. The needs of others are considered before taking action. It is in this sense that the lives of people born with this emphasis are thought to be more in the hands of fate. However, this is not actually the case, as people with either Eastern or Western hemispheric emphasis (and those with balanced charts in this sense) essentially have the same free will potential.” http://cafeastrology.com/articles/hemisphereemphasis.html I have found with heavy western hemi that no matter how much I push and instigate matters, I have to ‘wait for others’ to come back to me, or offer something….

only slight problem I have with the website you quoted is ---- it only goes upto Saturn, which leans towards Traditional astrology themes. the differences between modern and traditional are that trads don't use Uranus, Neptune or Pluto.."Summary At this point, you now have an understanding of: 1.What sign rules your 7th House 2.What planets, if any, are in your 7th house; 3.What planet rules your 7th house; 4.In which house your ruling 7th house planet is placed in your chart. This will give you a good basic comprehension of which signs and planets are influencing your relationships and partnerships. If you have 2 or more planets in your 7th House, look to which of the planets are weak and causing you difficulties based on the descriptions of the planets above. Then remedy that planet!" http://blogs.astroved.com/the-seventh-house-about-you/ ------------------ I love the parable, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, BUT if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for life.” IP: Logged |

this house explains WHAT YOU ATTRACT to you in partnerships, NOT your personality! I bet if I researched your theory I could find just as many writers, storytellers who don't have these house placements empahsis on 5th house is mainly romance, children, creativity, self employment, gambling http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houses.htm#house5 7th house emphasis is focused on marrige and/or business partnerships "Look at the seventh house for clues about what other people send out to you based on what you send out via your first house? Committed relationships are found here, along with the contracts and legal obligations which often form them, though there are exceptions to this rule. For instance, best friends form a kind of committed relationship that exists outside of legal documents. Marriage and business partners are legal commitments. Here also, is where we find those who might openly oppose us." http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houses.htm#house7

This guy remands me of Roadwarrior. He also had a beef about the 7th house being the umbrella for charisma, not the 1st house. He was also as equally pompous. IP: Logged |

It doesn't matter....I'll go on with the generally accepted theory that Libra and scorpio rule charm.... or 7th and 8th house...since my mans Carl Jung was the greatest hypno charmist on the planet and you can go on believing what you want to....also....there's no point in argueing...that's not the only source that claims this... the seventh house is not what you attract...it's the energy and flavor of yoru partnerships....on the other hand....I do attract genius types...artistic types...damn it must be my charisma..... seventh house loaded..... or maybe if I had those planets in the 1st house I would attract them too? Since I'm a love beast? IP: Logged |

Charisma is a combination of many things, I don't think there are specifics about it.In my opinion, it's more of a Fire thing, so Fire signs and houses (and that of course includes the FIRST house) can be charismatic. Outer planet influences can help too, it seems. IP: Logged |
