well im no expert on astrology but i just love the learning process. im still trying to master an understanding of my own chart...well ive recently been paying more attention and reading about this t cross i have (given an orb of 8 degrees for the "apex planet") so i have sun 12 capricorn, moon 12 cancer squared by jupiter at 20 aries in the 9th house & near the midheaven. it then made sense to me why i have been studying this stuff obsessively lol and swearing to my best friend im going to master it and teach it one day too! haha. so i keep reading about it and i keep seeing that i need to look at what sign/house is opposite the apex planet to see where i can find "relief" or "balance" or whatever youd like to call it. and so i look at my chart randomly and it came to me 20 degrees libra in the third house! i need to communicate my findings with others! and you know what? when i talk to interested people about astrology i feel really good about it! the same goes for my love of documentaries and true stories i love sharing what ive learned. so it was just a moment of clarity or something it was awesome especially after all these years of feeling strangly awkward alot of the time! and if you read this thanks for listening!

Makes sense!

I'm behind you on the learning curve. I think have a few t-crosses in my chart, I have to check the orbs. I haven't gotten around to studying them yet...too complicated.

But thanks for the inspiration!

T Square are THE most common configurations.

T Square http://www.drstandley.com/astrologycharts_tsquare.shtml
“Two planets in opposition squared to a third. The tension typical of the opposition aspect is aggravated by additional problems introduced by the third planet. Often an obstructive feature blocking the normal flow of behaviour of the person. Person needs to develop activities represented by the "missing" arm of the T-square to achieve wholeness” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natal_astrology#Aspect_patterns http://www.skyscript.co.uk/aspects2.html

“The t-square is exactly like the above configuration except that one of the signs is missing. Time and again this is described as trying to sit in a chair with three legs. Ironically, the individual becomes the fourth leg by acting out the traits which are missing in the chart.” http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/moreaspects2.htm

what tends to happen with T Squares is that a transit, progression or solar arc comes along and temporary converts it to a Grand Square, which does cause enormous tensions/problems internally, but the good thing is the get you up off your backside to resolve issues.
