Does it really? I read it somewhere but I want to know from personal experience. You should calculate if you know when your parents got it on the moon sign on that date is supposed to be your rising signIP: Logged |

Wow!! I do know that (well I don't KNOW....I "heard") your moon sign is closely related to your mother's life experience and/or your relationship with your mother. I'm gonna do some investigating with my own kids to see if their ASC was the moon at the time of conception.IP: Logged |

I'm gonna use my kids to do this rather than my parents because I don't want to think about them "getting it on".IP: Logged |

I was conceived under a full moon (my parents used to share this all the time - I hoped I was some beast deep down because of it), so, being born in November, nine months previous would give February. The full moon of that year occurred in Pisces and I have a Virgo rising. IP: Logged |

This is hard to prove. The Moon moves 15 degrees a day. If your parents were getting it on at least once a day when you were conceived, it will be impossible to know which "session" = conception... Right? Can any doctors here confirm this?IP: Logged |

Hahahah. Well the date I used was the last time my parents had a "session" before they found out they were pregnant. Could have been days before, who knows?IP: Logged |

Ok well my youngest has Aries ASC, I had her at 39 weeks gestation, she was born on 20th Feb 07, subtract 39 weeks from then brings you back to 23rd May 06, when the moon in Aries. My oldest has Scorpio ASC, born at 38 weeks gestation on 7th March 99, subtract 38 weeks your'e at 15th June 98 when the moon was in Aquarius. HOWEVER, I just realised I am using the dates (as doctors do) of the first day of my last menstrual period before the pregnancy was discovered, and NOT the dates that I 'got it on' because is was back in the biblical days and I really can't remember. Therefore I'm not much help to you! I'm sorry.IP: Logged |

I might also add that both children were born via C section and therefore the dates of their births were pre planned. Who knows when they might have been born if nature had have been in charge. It's 'supposed' to be 40 weeks gestation.IP: Logged |

This isn't true for me, if my mom is right and I have no reason to suspect otherwise (she has a great memory). The moon was in Leo the day of the conception and I have Libra asc. I was born naturally at 38 weeks.IP: Logged |

My parents only met once that month, for one day - my father was in a foreign country The only other option is my mother got the dates mixed up, but as I've said, she's got great memory and remembers that it was the national day of France.

Hm, so this is a total sham My mom claims it was on New Years Eve and the moon was in Scorpio of that year and my ASC is Taurus, maybe it's just a coincidence. Idk, I've always felt like a Scorpio rising or at least felt it's traits.IP: Logged |

hmmm,A pregnancy lasts for 36 weeks(well, idealistically) before a child is born. But I was born days later than what was predicted by the doctors. If I calculate the day on which I was supposedly "conceived" , my rising sign should be Aries. If I use the actual day of my birth and move backwards, its Gemini. So , I guess I was really in the middle of the two. Maybe my rsing sign being Taurus(middle sign of Aries and Gemini) makes sense. IP: Logged |

That could become very trickey cause a woman does not necessarially concieve during the act.Them little buggers have to swim after all! Could take a few days for the actual conception to take place. I experienced this with my youngest. The act was the day before and I "felt" conception take place the next day...people ask me what I felt, all I can say and describe it as every emotion know to man descended upon me all at once and I just knew another soul had become attached to me as well as they physical aspects of the whole thing. The moon moving so fast, could be real hard to find out. IP: Logged |

I knew too, and hadn't been trying, in fact we were using protection so the thought of falling pregnant hadn't even entered my mind. But I knew at the exact moment. A very hard thing to explain to another person though.
