In a horary question I asked whether she was mentally stable (but also wondering at the same time "what would happen to her"). It came back that the Moon (Asc radical is Cancer) is exact conjunct Pluto in the turned 12th. My guess is that this alone is negative saying that she is not stable and that it is not turning out well...
Do you agree?

The question I asked was "is she mentally stable":
I used her as the 7th and her mental stability as the turned 8th (radical 2nd).
Her main Sig was Saturn Rx in the 11th with several separating aspects and only applying to the Sun in the turned 3rd (radical 9th).
The moon was at the very end of the 12th house 2* from the radical DC and a 1/3 of a degree from Pluto in the turned 12th. The moon applies to: square Venus, and trine Mars.
Venus is in the radical 4th with more applying aspects: square both moon and radical AC.
I dunno if it makes a difference in horary but the ruler of the turned 12th is Jupiter which only applies to: trine Pluto.
