Topic: Venus sextile Midheaven ...from the 12th

What does this mean??? Is this the classic "sleeping your way to the top" ?It has got to be a common enough aspect, since the only other sextile is from the 8th-ish house (which seems a lot nicer given the whole "financial attraction" thing!) And I find that sextiles GIVE you things, like little creative gifts. So anything sextile the Midheaven seems like a great boon, right? Career and public reception. I can find a lot written about Venus in 12th House as well as personally testify... your romantic nature being a more hidden quality, plus all the potential secret affairs / soul-encompassing love-suffering etc. But when this sextiles the Midheaven, what does this mean? How can a hidden quality be expressed in the public and career aspects of your life? Doesn't that seem contradictory? I'm confused by this, and my only interpretation is the above cliche because I've no idea how this can play out. IP: Logged |

I think it can mean that you appear quite Venusian in public, peaceful, graceful, and diplomatic.It can also mean that your career will somehow be related to Venusian work, anything involving beauty and art. I don't think you should worry about it, it's a helpful aspect to have. IP: Logged |

Perhaps you have a tendency to collect secret (12th house) well wishers, and supporters (Venus) surrounding your career situation (MC), who benefit and protect your career path/reputation (sextile).

also look to where libra and taurus rule as this will make the link for you..Career options are assessed by MC any planets conjunct, where the ruler of MC is placed, it’s aspects, then 2nd house ‘how you earn your money’ and planets there, ruler of cusp and where it’s placed, then 6th house of ‘type of work you do’ any planets there and how they are aspected.
