Lord of the hour makes me think of ASC? Is this horary talk? It sounds like it's saying it's connecting to the ruler of the asc.
Angular is (1st, 4th, 7th & 10th).

Then again, I could be totally wrong. lol. I hope someone can chime in and give you better input than I can.
