I'm not sure why I keep coming back to this placement but as I'm sure you all know I have Mars in Gemini, in the 12th house.I just wanted to know if any of you would agree this placement would make it hard for someone to move on from a break up, or that someone with this placement would find it awkward or uncomfortable saying their goodbyes in any given situation. Mars = action, drive and how we get things done Gemini = communication, travel (actually it's also ruled by Mercury so maybe it's more applicable here than I thought) 12th house (typically ruled by Pisces but in my case it's Taurus) = endings I've always been a master of awkward exits and I rarely say goodbye to people when leaving. It's not that I don't care or mean to be rude but it's just always seemed...awkward. Especially if conversations are already taking place. So, yes? No? IP: Logged |

I doubt you can put this down to just your mars and if you do you should research perhaps your mars quincunx pluto.Pluto in scorpio in 5th always wants control..Or again look at moon opp pluto being the culprit.. quote: Moon opposition Pluto The opposition between the Moon and Pluto suggests a very demonstrative show of affections and a strong sensitivity to any signs of rejection. Occasionally, this aspect denotes the loner. You try to control your family and friends, often displaying emotional vehemence in your relationships. This aspect may show an alternating from aggressiveness to austerity in love and romance. This aspect brings jealousy, impulsiveness and sensuality. Perhaps because of your relationship with your parents, you may feel rejected occasionally, and you may seek drastic solutions to your problems. You must learn to handle your attitude of intolerance in relationships. http://www.skyscript.co.uk/moonaspects.html#moopl

I agree I can't single it down to just my Mars yet, however I doubt it's about control now. Maybe back when I was in my teens and wanted to come off like I didn't care, but now that I'm older I'm trying to get better at it because it's obviously the more socially acceptable thing to do. However, I still (respectfully) disagree with it being about control because I've had this quirk since I was three or four. I'd run up to my room before everybody left and come back down after. Not that this is astrologically relevant, but OMG, that's so cute, that you ran up before people said their goodbyes.I have Mars in Capricorn in the 12th and I don't have issues with saying goodbye, per se...although when it's a big group of people, some of whom I don't even know well (or at all), I don't like feeling like I have to give them all an air kiss, which is what I see everyone else doing. I mean, really, why the need for air kisses or real kisses? It's phony, when you're not close to the person. IP: Logged |

Mars in Gem in the 12thI think the 12th House would be the main thing not Gemini who CAN move on. The 12th is just very very hard. There is no way to mitigate it imo. One's drive is turned to the next dimension of formlessness. One will be FORCED to be a spiritual creature as this world will fail one in my opinion. ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire.
