I know because I have had two gemini guys chase me for years (when I say chase, I MEAN chase! Sending me flowers, champagne, chocolates, texting me all the time, calling, wanting to see me. Well Geminis can be quite obsessive, but with them it was cutely obsessive!) I had NO interest in them. I was flirty without being slutty, compliment them beacuse geminis LOVE compliments more than anything in the world lol, and just have amazing BANTER, they love witty people, always keep them laughing, have good intelligent coversation, teach them something they dont know (ANYTHING)! thats how i acted with these two geminis' when I used to see them and THATS it! they were chasing me 24/7 and i used to respond maybe once in a while and that made them come after me more. they'll want you even more if they see you with other guys! they dont like it that you're paying attention to other males and not that kind of attention to them!

You know all that was easy to do! Then I did actually start liking one of them! I didnt say it though but i just made special effort to see him by texting him more/first and he just lost interest!

KEEP THEM ON THEIR TOES! LESS IS MORE!(less effort). Treat them like they're beloe you and they'll come running! Sorry gemini guys but this is true! My best friend is gemini and he told me this himself! also, dont ever give them any hassle, or fight and argue.

Be careful with them! they are known to cheat but theres always the exception and i know those ones as well, EXTREMELY loyal to their girlfriends!

In some ways, he doesn't seem like the textbook Gemini I've read about.

I did notice that whenever I started to ignore him, he came running after me. But you all are right, it's not worth it. I kind of figured this myself but because I hate wondering how a situation could've turned out, I thought I'd revisit it.

In any case, I'll let him go and move on. Hopefully he eventually figures out what he wants.

I originally tried to understand his nature by just his sun sign and had come to the conclusion that if he wanted to become involved with me, he'd come after me, but I know that Cancers have a reputation for not being direct.

I'm now at the point where I want to just tell him how I feel, but I'd also not like to make a fool out of myself due to me reading him incorrectly.

So my question is... Is this a Gemini guy that needs to be pursued or should I just let it go?

Often Cancer-influenced people think everyone is rejecting them. I was just talking to a guy who has Cancer Venus and he thinks everyone hates him. They interpret the smallest things as a 'rejection'. It is a bit like walking on egg shells.

Betty Boop, you're correct, I believe he is pretty romantic at heart. I overheard him talking to someone and I know he would like to be in a relationship and would prefer a mental connection over someone who's just gorgeous. I definitely seen his Taurus Venus emerge at times. We used to work together and he'd high five me quite often.

But with that came the Cancer Mars where he'd sometimes give me the silent treatment. But as soon as I returned in kind, he came running back.

It's possible he seen me as cold but I did warm up to him as time went on. I myself have quite a lot of planets in my 7th house (including Venus), so I'm pretty relationship oriented despite all my Capricorn qualities.

but, i think his placements may be too different from yours
and you may find him too sensitive (walking on eggshells) and lovey-dovey
he may see you as not being emotionally in tune and distant/apart

problem is uploading to photobucket (or imageshack) you have to change this from Abode format into a picture/jpeg format. This is done by getting the relevant page/grid in front of you on screen then, the press ‘prtsc sysrq’ - top row inbetween pause break and F12. This has been copied to clipboard.

Paste into Paint or some other photo software. Crop the picture and save to hard drive, then upload to photobucket, select chart, press IMG and past link into thread.... all done
