Keeping in mind that your appearance is not only your rising but also all the planets affecting your AC and landing in your first house, do you agree with the following? Aries- Aries Rising natives will likely be of middle stature or taller. Their body is typically lean with a long or thin face and neck. They will usually have a ruddy complexion. Taurus- Taurus rising natives are generally shorter in stature to middle height. They typically have strong bodies are may be rather stout or have a tendency to plumpness. Their shoulders may be stooped with a shorter, yet strong neck. Gemini- Gemini Rising natives tend to be tall and slender with limber and flexible figure. They have fast and active body movements such as; walking fast, talking fast and eating fast. They have long arms, fingers and thin features. Cancer-Cancer Rising natives are usually of average height and have a tendency to gain weight or have a stout body. They may have an awkward gait reflecting in their crab-like nature to come out of their shell, taking 1 step forward and 2 steps side-ways and then retreating backward into their shell. Leo- Leo rising natives are usually broad shouldered because they can carry so much weight. They tend to have a strong muscular system, large bones and higher than normal upper body strength. Their upper body is usually bigger than their lower body, just like the lion. Virgo- The Virgo native is usually of average height or a just a little above average height. They tend to be moderately plump, although well figured. Libra-They have a well-formed body that is usually slender and most of the time they are tall individuals. When they reach middle age, they will have a tendency toward stoutness Scorpio- Scorpio natives tend to be of average height or just below it. They can vacillate between stout and full formed figures. Their face is often square. The hair is usually thick, dark, wavy or curly. It may also be frizzy. Sagittarius- Sagittarians tend to have a tall, slender and well formed figure. They stand high and walk high like the Centaur. They may have a tendency to stoop or slouch as if grazing for grass. Their face is typically long or oval with a more rounded forehead. Capricorn- Capricorn's are usually average to short in stature. Their gait is somewhat "different." Because they rule bones and joints, they may have a liability to arthritis or scars and marks around the knees. Capricorn's have a tendency to be thin and sometimes downright bony. Aquarius- Aquarians are usually of medium stature with a strong square-like build. They are well-formed in their figure. In their middle age they will typically have a tendency toward being stout. Aquarian's will have a clear, Good and clear complexion with a long or oval fleshy face. Their hair will vary from flaxen or (straw-colored) to dark or dark brown. They are usually Good-looking individuals Pisces- Pisces natives tend to be middle to short statue with short limbs. They lean toward corpulence (obesity) in their later years. Their face is typically full or fleshy with a pale complexion. They also have a tendency to double-chin. Their eyes are full with a rather wide mouth (just like a fish). I find also that it's affected by genes.
For example, I am a moderately tall person but I am short for my family. People are surprised that I am not at least 4 inches taller. But, I am a Libra rising with a tight orb Pluto conjunct in the 1st... so much shorter and less slender than I might have been without that Pluto...IP: Logged |

George Clooney, Ellen Pompeo, and Mario lopez have this, they seem pretty tall and thin.

You still might grow a little. I noticed libra asc grow a lot around 20yrs old and more at 30yrs. Eating healthy is a must IP: Logged |

I don't know of any Aquarius risings, too bad.
I have no idea what they look like.The descriptions are quite accurate, at least for the people I know.
Except for Sagittarius, the ones I know are short and a bit plump. IP: Logged |

Aries Rising. I'm 5'8" so I guess on the average-taller for a woman.My limbs are freakishly long & thin... and my torso - I have to buy all my shirts "Long" or they look like crop tops! Not sure about the ruddy complexion, mine is quite pale and leans toward warm/sallow... I wear blush like it's my job! ------------------

I have Aqua Rising according to my mom's notes but I LOOK more like Pisces Rising. Mind you, I have Nep on my Sun and my 1st house is almost entirely Pisces so I can never be sure... IP: Logged |

No...this doesn't describe me. I do have good upper body strength but small shoulders. I look more like Sag rising, minus the Centaur posture.  My Leo ASC trines my two Sag planets, Venus and Neptune, and trines Jupiter in Aries. IP: Logged |

I'm average height. My dad is 6'1" and his dad was 6' so everyone assumed I'd be around that height, but I turned out to be 5'9". I'm not exactly slender, either. I've been told that I have excellent posture when I'm walking, so I guess that's me walking high like the Centaur. I also have Virgo Moon square ASC, Uranus conj ASC and Neptune in Cappy in the 1st, so one of those probably shortened me.  IP: Logged |

I'm an Aquarius rising and the only part that doesn't fit is the body build- I'm tall (5'9), with very long, slender limbs and a narrow, model like build. I do have the straw colored hair... I remember reading that Aquarius rising are usually taller in stature, thinner, and have either very light, or very dark colored hair and either very pale, or very dark eyes, aristocratic or very distinct features and a very unique, odd or eccentric way of dressing. All of the Aries rising I know have really distinct eyebrows and nose. Pisces have really distinct eyes- different from Scorp or Cancer eyes- they have a liquid quality....often some thing about their appearance is mishapen, bizarre or odd- or they are very short.IP: Logged |
