I was reading a blog post about Arabic parts and came across this thing about Lots of Marriage which is

Distance Between Venus to Saturn in degrees
Adding those degrees to Asc and you get this point. Whenever this point is touched by outer planets something happens, in terms of marriage potential.

Next, the marriage potential is determined by the applying aspects made by Sun to the planets before it leaves the sign

(The above mentioned formula is for women, for men the aspects of Moon are checked and the lots of Marriage is also determined differently).

So has anyone checked this or anyone can confirm this if its true or accurate etc?
