Well in my chart, Saturn rules 11th house (which is second natural ruler of that house) and ALSO is in 11th house(11th house ruler in 11 means "wish fulfillment") and it is in Capricorn so exalted.

It gets zero bad aspects, My personal planets do not do major aspects to saturn but pluto sextiles it, neptune conjuncts it(reality and dreams come together) and north node conjuncts it widely(impeccable ability of blending to or masking with society).

Houses: angular houses 1/7 4/10 the energies of planets placed here are obvious cos it's your 'shop window' visible for everyone to see. Actually what saturn does in that house is what we have and need. Real FRIENDS are few and saturn makes it absolute in that house. It also delays but never forgets. Probably saturn 11th house people end up being famous in their profession environment or more. It rewards best when you do as saturn demands "discipline and hard work".. I read it somewhere if you work really hard, saturn rewards are at least same as jupiter's 11th thing. But it is valid for only your dreams works etc. Many famous people who became famous after 35 generally have this placement. The problem is it is unaspected so we cant WORK HARD. Friend thing is not problem in fact nice. But i have many social lucky aspects so not problem for me at all
