Uhm I don't know about the decans, but a Scorpio ASC usually gives dark and curly hair, brown eyes, and a kind of anti-social streak. These people seem quiet and brooding, and while at first they're hardly noticeable, when you do notice them, they kind of have an intensity about them. They often have a peculiar way of speaking, either too loudly or too quietly, or too fast or slow.

Libra ASC on the other hand are very graceful, social, charming and calm. They usually have a lighter appearance.

I am Libra Rising, third decan a Gemini Sun, Cancer Moon and I also think Sags are hot!

Basically there are a few simple things to determine the difference from what I have seen. The # 1 difference between Libra and Scorpio Rising is this, do you get jealous often? I know lots of Libra risings and am one myself, we are very detached, and so jeaously doesnt even cross our mind most of the time.We are very go with the flow and always seek peace and harmony in everything we do or even imagine.Since we are masters at seeing both side of things EVEN when a girl is hitting on our bf's we can laugh along with it with him and never think about it again. A scorpio rising woman would react differently and remember it forever! I also know lots of Scorpio risings including my best friend with whom Ive grown up. So this is a sure shot give away between the two. Especailly if your female. So if very watchful and jealous often:Scorpio rising, Too busy in the moment to notice anything else: Libra Rising.

# 2 thing for Libra rising would be people always get advice from you, as in everybody you know and your whole circle of friends. People often tell you you are polite, well mannered and peaceful. You are good as a leader becasue you are best at treating people fairly. Most of the Libra rising females I know are a slender or slender but curvy built. They usually have medium to tall height, I dont personally know any that are on the shorter side. Scorpio risings are usually more meaty and can be more stout, and not fat but muscular.All the scorpio risings I know are a muscular built.They usually have a "you dont want to mess with me vibe" lol, where Libra risings have a VERY welcoming vibe.

#3 compassion to help others is a Big one in all Libra risings. Most discriptions of Libra rising dont mention this, but this is out of my own expereince. We are always very considerate of everybody around us, I think more so than any other rising sign.So if you often find yourself saying "that was so rude and inconsiderate" your def, Libra rising. We love to accomidate and comfort.

#4 notice the face shape and eyes. if your face is symmetrical and well proportioned and diamond shaped with sparkling eyes then Libra Rising. If your face is more broader, a bigger head all together, strong jawline and very intese eyes that pull you in then Scorpio.

decanates are bit like'fine tuning' and subtle influences.

Scorpio/Scorpio - 1st decan
Scorpio/pisces - 2nd decan
scorpio/cancer - 3rd decan

imo, Libra's are not indecisive, they just take longer to make up their minds becasue they like to make sound/fair judgements and decisons. So you might want to ask yourself Gem-Gurl what matters to you more, Quality or Quantity?
