I've been neighbors with this gentleman for about 11 years and took to liking him immediately. 6 years ago he asked me out on a date, I declined. We have been strictly very close friends since then. This summer he expressed that he would like to date with hopes of us working toward a relationship. I agreed. I feel that since I've agreed he's "cooled off" as far as direct contact. However, we suddenly bumping into each other everywhere.(Laundrymat, restaurant, train station, totally diff parts of town) I have a weird feeling that he has been watching me, which is ok, I love intensity that borders crazy, lol. I get into my car and I see his light turn on and his binds come up. Keep in mind we live in a 24 floor condo building. If I think of him, he calls; When I reach out to him he says he was just thinking of me.I'll get a feeling, look out my window and sure enough, he's pulling in the parking lot. I have a strange feeling that he"scared" of me, can't explain just feel that way. Ive posted are charts below. Is there something stopping this from getting this off the ground? Any clues as to how he might be feeling? Are we potentially compatible?

Sometimes mutable people don't DO enough to get things off the ground. This is the only problem.. because you both have mutable Sun signs. You need to jump start this somehow.

problem is uploading to photobucket (or imageshack) you have to change this from Abode format into a picture/jpeg format. This is done by getting the relevant page/grid in front of you on screen then, the press ‘prtsc sysrq’ - top row inbetween pause break and F12. This has been copied to clipboard.

Paste into Paint or some other photo software. Crop the picture and save to hard drive, then upload to photobucket, select chart, press IMG and past link into thread.... all done
