The march grand trine. I don't see any difference. And is it true grand trines are not what they appear to be. I was looking around the net and the grand trines were present around the invasion of Iraq and Germany and even some people talk about it in a negative way. A T-square or a Grand Cross would have made much sense but Astrology is subjective anyway.IP: Logged |

Venus-Jupiter conjunction through my 8th, trine nSun-Mars conjunction: Multiple orgasms  Also, I have an afflicted Venus with square from Moon, so I've been consuming obscene quantities of refined sugar, mostly in the form of chocolates and donuts. Fortunately, rx tMars thru my 12th and trine my Sun-Mars has me burning off major calories...nighttime running. It was really physically demanding when passing rx nSaturn, lots of labor-intensive chores. So even if a tGrand Trine aspects personal planets, whether the effects will be positive or negative will depend on your Natal Promise. IP: Logged |

I do have a Venus Trine Jupiter by birth thinking it was really going to have an edge now. But nothing really. Multiple orgasms really?? lol IP: Logged |

horribly.tMarsrx opposing my natal mars
tPluto conjunct my progressed sun, mercury, and neptune
tvenus/jupiter opposing my venus/pluto. Sounds like a mix of good and bad, but so far it's been really bad. lots of drama in my family life. inner turmoil. hopefully i come out on top! IP: Logged |

It's in my 8th house I think.. I also have Moon/Neptune 8 Cap and Sun 8 Cancer and ever since Jupiter moved into Taurus (my natal jup is in taurus too) I've been having an excessive amount of leisure time to just do whatever I want. It's nice. And free. IP: Logged |

I never really expect to feel it. But I am feeling it BIG TIME.It "targets" my Venus on 6 Cap, my Isis on 8 Cap, my Osiris on 7 Cap and pr ASC on 8 Cap. and the Mars/Eros/Psyche one is opposing my pr Psyche and squaring my natal Neptune/NN/ASC on 10 and 7 Sag. I think though, it might be the "loud" aspects that make me feel the Grand trine energy. Oh and the Jupiter-Venus-conjunction is in my 5th house, which feels very nice. IP: Logged |

I have FINALLY met someone who gets me excited. The attraction is insane. He has his pluto/jupiter conjunction smack on my sun/venus conjunction. wow, is all I can say. His venus is sextile my mars. Woohoo!!! IP: Logged |

Now that was amazing!Picture this: my mom has no idea about astrology, but when I was standing outside looking up at Venus and Jupiter, still pretty close to each other, she suddenly said that she had seen the same planets so close to each other, while she was pregnant with my middle brother.
I checked this. And not only it is true there WAS a Venus-Jupiter-conjunction that may 1976, but it was on 11 Taurus, almost the same degree as this year!
It actually is exactly opposite my brother`s Uranus, which is his chartruler. (and conjunct his Draco MC). Plus this is on the solstice point / contrascion of his ASC. So this really was "his star", as my mom said.

More astrological goodies between me and this new man, courtesy of the Great Grand Trine. The Grand Trine activates my 7th house as it trines my Mars in Virgo which is on the cusp of my 7th house: In our synastry, his Eros exactly opposes my psyche, and his psyche exactly opposes my Eros.
In our composite: Eros is conjunct Venus, and psyche is conjunct Jupiter. His Saturn trines my Jupiter!
My Saturn conjuncts his Venus by 4 degrees, not too close for it to be uncomfortable, but close enough to give stability to the relationship. Our Junos are conjunct. In our composite, Boda is conjunct Mars and Jupiter, and Union is conjunct the Sun and this conjunction trines Saturn. If this man is not my soulmate/twinflame, then I give up on astrology!!! On a personal level, little of note.
However I am more interested in world events and there has been a lot going on.
A famous UK actor has revealed he has slept with 1,000 approx women and he has an earth grand trine. So possibly earth grand trines can be a factor in this as well as other factors. Another event was the horrible crash.

Swiss Bus crash - the Trine exact From: Marjorie. (14 Mar 2012 15:23):
The horrific bus crash that happened in a Swiss tunnel near Sierre on Tuesday 13th March killing 28 including 22 school children happened at around 9.15pm.
The high-octane Earth Grand Trine (see March 12 post below) was in place with intense Pluto in the 3rd, Mars in 11th and Jupiter in 7th - which house-wise isn't too pass remarkable.
But that was formed into a Kite by a panicky, confused Mars opposition Neptune. Neptune in Pisces fell in the 5th house of children and was further emphasised by being in a T Square to a Sagittarius Moon and North Node - so anger, high emotion, confusion.
The Moon was also in a Fire Grand Trine to the MC in Leo and Uranus Mercury in Aries in the 6th. A combination of Earth and Fire can be quite something. It would certainly pump up the energy levels for good or for ill. The Polish train crash of March 3rd also at 9.15 pm nr Szczekociny which killed 16 also had the Earth Grand Trine powered up with Mars in exact opposition to the Pisces Sun. Plus Venus in an exact opposition to Saturn and opposition Ascendant square the Midheaven. And Pluto again in the 3rd so relatively similar.
The US soldier was a catastrophe of a different order and tricky to pin down times and place - around 3 am 11 March Helmand province. Maybe Mars in the 8th trine a 12th house Pluto trine Jupiter Venus in the 4th - so the deeply buried and therefore more volcanic Mars in a ruthless trine to Pluto funnelling into poor Afghanees' homes. But the data on that one is slightly iffy.
One other thought about the Belgian bus crash in Switzerland. The Belgium 4 Oct 1830 country chart has a 10 degree Libra Sun opposition an 8 degree Pluto in Aries square Jupiter at 9 degrees Capricorn. So it is gearing up for tr Pluto in hard aspect to its Sun, in effect earlier because of that T Square. On country charts Pluto on Sun does sometimes start the enormous changes involved with a major incident of one sort or another. Or put it another way round you'd expect an event like this devastating bus crash to be followed within the next two years by swingeing changes within the country at a political or social level.
