I think several things may make you feel not "attached to yourself" i.e. separated from yourself.

Your Sun squaring the ASC would be a classic for this as your outer manner i.e. ASC is at odds with your ego/identity i.e. the Sun.

Uranus conj the Sun is the sign of a Genius--a very unique person. Neptune conj the Sun may make you feel that you dissolve. This is a hard one. Then, on top of that your Sun squares your ASC. This sounds like your issue imo

I have sun square Asc, and it's no biggie and has not caused any conflict for me.

Now sun conj uranus will seriousy modify how your sun will express itself. it may well add impatience, impulsivess.
sun conj Neptune can espec in teenage years or younger cause a little bit of identity crisis.

the easy aspect sun trine jupiter it the helping hand.

An imbalance of hormones at the 'time of the month' see your GP there are things you can do. You don't have to put up with this. My family got together once to 'have a word' about my behaviour (due to the pill) having adverse effects for which I couldn't see. So I was told to get it changed, in no uncertain terms...
