hello,
i was wondering whether the mercury (female) conjunct moon (male) would be considered a romantic aspect when mercury is the woman's ascendant ruler. from what i read, it's good for communication, but does it make a difference in this situation and mean more? thanks, ula

It's in the 6th, Scorpio. The man has moon conjunct neptune, and there is a close conjunction with the woman's mercury and uranus. Both the woman and the man have Gemini rising.

I have Mercury square Uranus in natal.. and my problem is - when a man has his Moon conj my Mercury - he takes everything that comes out of my mouth very personally. I mean even completely innocent comments are taken very personally. Sometimes it's like walking on egg shells.
I haven't had the best experience with it.

Once on LL - I told a guy he looked a bit like an actor.. and instead of either ignoring my comment or saying "thanks.. " - He went on a rant about how he is not the same race as this actor and laaa dee daa... My comment triggered some issues he had/has with growing up in an inter-racial family.

Although the actor I mentioned is attractive and loved.. He is not notorious or anything. Anyone would've normally taken it as a compliment.
But it's just this kind of thing that happens to me. I will say something that is just a passing comment... and for them it dredges up some emotional event in their history & they start getting highly emotional with me.

^ haha that guy was probably alittle unhinged to begin with.

I usually like moon conjunct mercury. It's like 'yeahhhhhhh i like the way you think . You totally understand me.' No weird misunderstandings, just good conversations and we're in tune with one another.

I specifically asked this question because I read that the moon in a man's chart is a sensitive point when it comes to his type of mate; now mercury is a very asexual planet so by itself I don't think it would indicate any romantic attraction per say, just good communication. Now, I am curious if it makes a difference if that same mercury is the ruler of the woman's ascendant and her 5th house as well. Could that indicate a romantic link?
