So how is your Venus-Jupiter conjunction coming along? If you are not aware already, yesterday on March 15th, 2012 Venus was at 11'12 Taurus and Jupiter was at 9'52 Taurus. They are still in tight conjunction today and will stay conjunct untill about the 17th and then the orb is going to get wider.Heres a Link http://earthsky.org/tonight/best-venusjupiter-conjunction-in-years-mid-march-2012 lol I remember I was driving back from the mall with my sister(who is prego and was too busy munching to have noticed) on the 14th and I was like "omg do you see those two big bright stars that are right next to each other?" She didnt really care but it just hit me now what those were. I'm sure most of you can still spot them tonight and for the next couple of nights, so dont forget to look up at the sky tonight if you want to see them! Anyway, has this Venus-Jupiter conjunction brought anybody anything intertesting? Has Jupiter amplified your love matters or vice versa? I've actually just been loving the weather for the past few days and feeling extra daydreamy since it falls in my 7th house. Where is this conjunction in your chart and how are you feeling? Do share... ------------------ Out of myself, but wanting to go beyond that wanting what I see in your eyes, not power, but to kiss the ground with the dawn breeze for company, wearing white pilgrim cloth. I have certain knowing. Now I want Sight. - Rumi IP: Logged |

The Dow reached a little over 13,200 at the peak of the conjunction and started falling this morning now that the aspect is separating.IP: Logged |

Do you have an afflicted Venus or Jupiter? Your experience sounds more Plutonic...themes of magnetizing and repulsion. IP: Logged |

Both are afflicted. Venus is conjunct Moon, but square Mars and inconjunct Uranus/ascendant (trine Pluto and sextile Jupiter). Jupiter is opposed by Pluto and square Saturn, as well as trine Neptune and MC. You responded to my post near the end of last year, about giving up on relationships, and not needing any hugs or pep talks. I've had issues since I was a kid, with men, but they have never been this extreme. I told Ami I'd start a thread to talk about something, but I haven't yet, because I just felt like clamming up. I'll link you to it if I do, though. And thanks. Pluto is in my 3rd house now, and Mercury rules my 8th house. Transiting PLuto is hitting the T-square I mentioned with my Jupiter in there, making it a grand cross. You've given me something to think about. IP: Logged |

I have an interesting story involving the Venus/Jupiter conjunction and relocational astrology….I’m not originally American but was born downunder…. In relocational astrology my Mc/Ic axis changes from 3 degrees Virgo/Pisces to about 11 degrees Taurus/Scorpio in the part of America that I live in now…so the Jupiter/Venus conjunction in Taurus is conjunct my relocated Ic…. Anyway, on March 15th a very special event occurred in my life… I went to my interview for becoming an American citizen, and everything went well so now it’s official… I’m an American citizen! So the Venus/Jupiter conjunction being conjunct my relocated Ic was like a indication of me being officially welcomed to the country. Actually, I took note of the date of this conjunction before my interview and hoped that it boded well for my immigration issues.

How So? In regards to anything in particular? I always get intrigued when I read about people's experiences with Venus conjunct Jupiter, probably because I have it natally in Pisces right on my ascendant line (Venus-14 degrees, ascendant-16 degrees, Jupiter-21 degrees). I lie to read about how it plays out in other people's lives. IP: Logged |

For any transit to have an effect it has to make and aspect to a planet or angle, otherwise they are simply a background influence...Basic astrology forum – Learn about Transits http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum12/private-jjLYZw161/HTML/000672.html To enter this forum you need an extra password – astrology…. ------------------ In Astrology 2.0 forum, beginners learning astrology http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/212463.html in Astrology 2.0 forum, What’s next for learning (intermediate) http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/212464.html In Astrology 2.0 what’s next for learning (advanced) http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/212465.html I love the parable, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, BUT if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for life.” IP: Logged |
