I think I am a true Scorpio Venus because I always thought Maleficent, the villainess in Sleeping Beauty, was kind of awesome.IP: Logged |

What a cute thread again Moonfish...For me 1. Belle- becasue she see's the beauty within above all, is caring, understanding, paitent and wise. She also has strong willpower to fight for what is deserved. 2. Mulan- because she's couragous, simple pure at heart. She's ready to put her life at stake for anybody she cares about without thinking twice. 3.Cinderella- becasue she's extremely caring and affectionate. She can sacrifice pieces of herself and endure tough times but still have an endless well of patience and love to follow through. Venus is Taurus IP: Logged |

I wanted to grow up to be Wonder Woman, screw Disney princesses, when I was a kid they were either femme fatales (Snow White), rampant with poor decision skills (Ariel), defined by their princes (Aurora), Completely useless (Jasmine), (or generally reliant on external help to accomplish simple tasks (look at Cinderella, bisch can't even put on an apron without an army of mice).I must have looked pretty funny dressed up in blue daisy dukes and a red mid-drift shirt, gold rope tied to my belt, twirling and jumping around our street corner, chanting "Wonder Woman!" (like a Vegas hooker, aching for a bump). I also wanted to grow up to be Cheetara: 1). Because she had a harem of hot cat-men. 2). She could run at supersonic speeds without a bra. 3). She was a freaking cheetah-person! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIkOFjgHd58 Not sure what it is in my chart, but I never really looked at things based on their gender. Strong heroins could both kick butt AND remain pretty. That kind of utility just seemed streamlined and efficient (why get all dirty and gross when you can be pretty and smack people around with a big stick?...Yes my Moon is in Virgo). It wasn't sexual attraction either LOL, I remember my mom told one of her friends I wanted to grow up to marry Wonder Woman and I interrupted, "No mommy, I'm gonna BE Wonder Woman when I grow up". I grew up in a time where Disney stopped making movies with human characters in them and even erased gender out of the equation for some (movies like "The Fox & The Hound", which were based more on species/racial equality rather than gender). "The Jungle Book" was made 10 years before I was, and for the 10 years after I was born people really only made animal cartoons. This may have a lot to do with the growth of the women's lib movement. "The Little Mermaid" and "Beauty & The Beast" were Disney's transition back into movies with more human characters (ironic considering both are about animals transforming into humans), but by the time they were made, I was 14 years old. I grew up with cartoon heroins like Mrs. Frisby (Secret of NIMH), Even the Unicorn in "The Last Unicorn" ended up whooping the butt of her nemesis and saving her prince (then promptly turned back into a glitter-pony and pranced away). They were all strong in their sense of self and belonging, often faced with insane odds stacked against them, placed in a position where only they had to overcome their odds alone, and generally they were pretty (for whatever species they were). God, it's Disney's fault that Furries exist....freakin Disney. IP: Logged |

lol didnt notice this earlier. Belle was my fav becasue I indentified with her most. Her character reminded me a lot of myself. I'm a Gemini Sun and ahaha I am guilty for getting excited about books. Doesnt anybody else get that trill when you get a new book and you know your going to get all this new info out of it AND kill time? You can take your mind somewhere else. Thats how it happens... What about the Disney guys? We had a thread like this before.. and no one answered about the guys lolll Maybe no one cares about the guys I think Peter Pan would be a Gemini! Hercules would be a Scorpio maybe.. Or a Pisces with Aries in his chart!!
Aladdin would be Sagittarius: Tarzan would be a Leo: More here: http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=102547

If She's choosing Wonder women I throw Sailor Moon into the equation.

I don't think belle's a gemini. She could just have sun conjunct mercury in another sign. Her personality is too grounded to be one. IP: Logged |

Where did Aladdin get that ghetto bootie? I would go for Hercules or Tarzan. I am a sucker for Dreadlocks and washboard abs. David from Lilo and Stitch can come too. [EDIT: I posted this, but it appears to have bugged out, so I'm posting again. I'll yoink it if it duplicates] IP: Logged |
