I would look for aspects between the quesited & querent and see what the 3rd house (all forms of communication written) is doing. Aspects between the two will show plus dignities especially if the quesited is in dignities of third house.IP: Logged |

I am sorry Appleberry, but I'm not good at Horary at all so I can't help you on this.  I think the fact that the ruler of 3rd (Mercury) is in an applying conjunction with the ASC ruler (Sun) is a good thing.. But that may reflect the querent and not the quesited, so I don't know.. IP: Logged |
