Amowls. I figured it out.The composite is the way they are AFTER they have been together and in an actual relationship. In the first meeting they do not notice the composite energies. The Davison however is active all the time and especially when they are first meeting. For example if there is Venus conjunct Mars in the Davison chart, and these two people have never met each other, but they are around each other. They will start talking and they will be drawn to eachother like magnets. Nothing will be able to stop them from liking each other. But if the composite Venus is conjunct Mars, it wouldn't show until they were actually committed to each other. Just had that thought had to post it. IP: Logged |

I don't take anything astrotheme says seriously. I think they like to make up their own. I don't get a Gem vibe from him at all. Especially when he talks. I think Capricorn makes the most sense. But if he is I'm suprised. But his ASC would be 3 degrees away from my Venus. IP: Logged |

My first thought was Saturn conjunct a Leo ascendant.. or it could be Pluto aspecting the ascendant somehow. I've only seen him in the one film, that I recall, and he had a Saturnian, "intense" air about him. IP: Logged |

a certain holding back.I can see his Aries clearly, such as when he was in bed with the girl whose name I'm forgetting.. the chameleon-like girl. He told her to not wear a fake look, and to just be herself. But that's where I was getting the saturn vibe, too - as well as in the bar scene, with the coolness, to a point. IP: Logged |

The most intense manifestations of Saturn were when natives were downright terrifying; righteous, icy anger.I wonder whether he has Twitter account... I found many tob by just googling Twitter data. IP: Logged |

Nah I highly doubt he has a twitter account. I sense Earth and Fire too. Capricorn Ascendants http://www.librarising.com/astrology/risingsigns/capricornrising2.html Gem Ascendants http://www.librarising.com/astrology/risingsigns/geminirising2.html Gems have that sly and young look about them. He just isn't that to me.

According to this article in the guardian, Michael's dad confirms that Michael was born at 12.30am on 2 April 1977...which makes him a sag rising (at 13 degrees)! That puts his natal neptune in a tight conjunction with his ascendant, which would explain his charisma and allure. I was surprised to see no fifth house placements though, he seems like quite the expressive performer! But Moon in 9th would explain his attraction to women from a foreign country or different ethnicity.Jupiter, his chart ruler, has been transit in Taurus for the past year, conjunct his natal Jupiter, and this recent jupiter return has done wonders for his career. There's a major lunar eclipse coming up at 14 degrees sagittarius on June 4th, and a couple more in gemini-sag to go this year, would be interesting to see what happens to his career from here. He's had an amazing break out, but I think he's still got some way to go before he's bona fide A list. the second decan of sagittarius rising is "Appearance-wise, you may be thinner than those with the first decan of Sagittarius ascending. Further, your head and body may tend to be more angular. Dark red or sandy hair might be an additional characteristic. It's possible that you may tend to blush more easily than some."Sounds a lot like michael to me..... IP: Logged |

14 degree of Sagg is very close to Scorpio rising. I am going to be stubborn and trust my instincts and assume that dad is mistaken by a few minutes... Happens all the time that people are off on the exact of time, even if they were there...lolIP: Logged |

I know AtheneGoddess has quit the board, but I don't agree with the assessment at all. Particularly because of my current relationship. I have a 12th house stellium in the Composite and a 7th house stellium in Davison. My relationship with my boyfriend has ALWAYS been 12th housey, even before we were committed to each other. In fact, for most of the time I've known him, we haven't been in a committed relationship and it was still very 12th house (secret affair, etc). I would say we were more 7th house in the very very beginning when we were just friends and hadn't even kissed yet. IP: Logged |

I agree, Amowls.Composite is at play, at least potentially, all the time as well. And when the two people meet it should become obvious from the start. (which doesn`t help with the Composite vs Davison Dilemma - but for now I am more attuned to composites. Though knowing myself it could change again. lol) IP: Logged |

Wow! That's almost exactly what my twinflame and I have. (In our composite.) The ASC, Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter stellium, at least. Wild. But adding in Karma, Destinn, and Valentine to the Scorpio stellium. (Karma-Destinn is exactly conjunct the ASC.) Our Davison is pretty much the same, except the Moon goes into early Sagittarius and is exactly on his natal Moon, while the Sun stays in late Scorpio, exactly conjunct my natal Moon. But everything else is the same: Venus, Jupiter, Uranus, etc. with Amor added in. Neptune and Eros conjunct, and Karma-Destinn moves into Aries. It's our composite that's OMG-SCORPIO, though. As for how we get along? Ha. We're twinflames. Pretty obvious how we get along. -A.

For instance, in the Davison, I have a 7th house stellium of Sun, Venus, Mars, Mercury, all trine Moon in the 2nd with Vertex Boy. You'd think we'd have a lovely relationship. NOPE. In the Composite I have a Sun, Venus, Mars, Mercury stellium IN THE 12TH. With Moon square Neptune. Our relationship has always been somewhat of a secret (and for a while it actually was because we were having an affair). I think the Davison is what we WISH for the relationship to be, maybe. Or the ideal.
This is really interesting. It just occurred to me that when I erected the chart on my Solar Fire mobile app, it was the Davison. Here on AstroDienst, it's the composite. I never really noticed the difference because they're so similar with that Scorpio 'super-stellium'. How common is it that a composite and Davison will be virtually identical? I honestly have no idea, and I'm now intrigued. I kinda thought they were supposed to be almost entirely the same? Closest that one can get to matching the midpoints? -A.
