Topic: Most Aries I know, don't want to fight

For a while now, I've been feeling the *need* to fight, to defend, and it's because I feel extremely vulnerable and I've had it - in the past, though, I wasn't much of a fighter, and I still tend to get over most things quickly. I was reading something about the New Moon in Aries, and people wanting to fight today, when it really isn't true. I think that people confuse the difference between wanting to, and feeling the need to. If we wanted to fight, then I doubt we would get over most things so quickly - it would be anything to keep a fight going. Maybe the sign that Mars resides in, affect this - I don't know. Someone on Twitter just said that Aries don't live just to exist (or something like that), and I know that feeling, but I also know how nice it is to just exist on a swing seat in the garden, with tea and snacks. most aries men i know are openly confrontational, i have had several try to provoke me,what they dont realize is this taurus moon opposite pluto has a very scary temper when i finally lose patienceIP: Logged |

I'm a woman, and I was thinking more about the need to defend - although I also know that being open about my feelings of wariness, might only invite more stupidity, too. I've been stupid enough to ask someone to stop doing something, because it hurts - only to give them another way to really hurt me, until I reach a point of numbing (I don't like that) or avoidance. Aries Sun and Mercury here I LOVE a good fight Just kidding 
My Aries brother loved fighting no joke he used to hit guys who liked me approached me when we were teens
He was in a catholic school and he also hit a priest when he was 12
He died of a heart attack at 43 ------------------

Regardes:  I've been unhealthy, physically and mentally/emotionally, over the past couple of years, and I had noticed that the worse I feel about myself or what's going on in my life - the more I feel stressed, the more likely I have been to lash out. I got caught there for a while, first thinking I was sorting something out or needed to vent, but it keeps you stuck. Not long ago, I was literally screaming at someone to stop with what they were saying. I just wanted to curl up and shut down. IP: Logged |

I see where you're coming from Teasel and I agree with you. I think Aries dominant people can handle confrontation very well, but like any other human being would rather not engage in a fight unless they're provoked. I've got dominant Mars and Aries in my chart, with Mars at home in Aries and I'm a fighter by nature however you'd never know because I never show it unless pushed to that point. I've been in verbal disputes but never a physically fight because I'm a Libra who likes to solve problems diplomatically not with a fist to the face. Fighting comes naturally to an Aries because they're connected to their instincts, like debating and weighing ideas comes naturally to a Libra. If expressed negatively these natural traits can become a bad thing. IP: Logged |

lol I don't like to have to bring out my dragon. I'm like a beast.
