Just realized there is a new moon today.
New Moons=New Beginnings
Aries is also about New Beginnings, isn't it?

The new moon is together with the Sun, Mercury-Rx, and Uranus in Aries...
Moon 7*
Sun 2*
Uranus 4*
Mercury-Rx 0*

All that lands in my 7th house...
I need to think about that...

Whole lot of sudden, unexpected new beginnings in my house of partnerships?

A friend has this all at end of his 10th and he's seeing a lot of unexpected chaos in his career right now... as he is attempting a newly offered beginning... I don't discuss astrology with him but I am watching his chart a little...

Did anything out of the ordinary happen to you last year when it was conjunct Jupiter at 15*?

So, this here new moon conjunct Uranus t-squares my natal Sun-Neptune opposition. Somehow, my anxiety has been relieved. I've been driving myself crazy worrying about this application to teach in Korea. I heard some news that I've been waiting for, and even though I still have a ton of work to do, I feel calm and ready. It's almost like I just had an awesome massage and all of the tension in my body disappeared.

I've done a bit of research on the culture and all that. Men in Korea are very touchy feely with each other. They'll hold hands walking down the street, or put a hand on a dude's lap whilst drinking. One story I read on a message board was about how Koreans don't have a keen perception of Western gay mannerisms. One of his Western coworkers was FAAAAAB.U.LOUSSSSSSSSSSSSss. Any Westerner would clearly peg him as queer. The Koreans asked him if he had a girlfriend. I'm not worried about looking fabulous over there.
