The first house stands for the way in which an individual projects personal energies onto others. An understanding spouse or partner will go a long way towards making life pleasant.

I have this placement. This is the most frustrating placement in my chart. My Saturn is at 29 degrees in Virgo conjunct my Virgo Ascendant. This is my least favorite placement and Saturn is my least favorite planet. I was born two months premature. I had to spend the first two weeks of my life in an incubator. I had to have surgery on my spine because of my Scoliosis. I feel that fear has been like a dark cloud plaguing me my whole life, especially the fear of getting emotionally hurt. Faith is not easy for me, but I know it's necessary. I also have Venus conjunct North Node in Leo in the 11th house.
