“Come out, come out, where ever you are!” Sings Glinda the Good Witch in the Wizard of Oz. “Meet the young lady who fell from a star…” No apologies for telling your truth. It is a week of coming out. It is time to tell your truth. Mercury, stations direct, at 23 Pisces in mutual reception with Venus in Gemini. In fact, the truth might just BLURT out of your mouth, when you least expect it.

Now, admittedly Dorothy was a bit shocked that her house had landed on the Wicked Witch of the East but it certainly had. The Wicked Witch was dead, dead, dead. Dorothy hadn’t MEANT to kill anyone, much less set off her sister, the Wicked Witch of the West. Dorothy didn ‘t anticipate, at that moment, the whole rest of the adventure once those Ruby Red Slippers ended up on her feet. She just told her truth. And she wanted to get back to Kansas. In the Mercury station chart cast for Washington, DC, the Sun in Aries inconjunct to Moon in Virgo, Uranus in Aries inconjunct to Mars in Virgo, Saturn in Libra inconjunct the Ascendant in Pisces and the Midheaven in Sagittarius inconjunct Venus in Gemini suggest we each will be adjusting. All four of the angles are at critical last degrees of the mutable signs ~ it is time to change and come out.

We will be asked to tell our truth. We will come out. We will speak what needs to be said. Don’t be afraid to speak your truth, to come out, if asked either. Speaking your truth is how we get the next story started. It is how we get to go on to the next chapter of our lives. Pay attention and see where speaking the truth or coming out happens to you this week. Speak your truth, whatever it is, to the best of your ability.

As Mercury stations at the last degrees of the Zodiac, he pushes us to move forward with our lives and speak our truths. That makes this a GREAT week to get caught if you’ve been doing bad or dishonest stuff. The un-captured serial killer on Long Island’s Gilgo Beach killed on the degree of the current nodes and chose victims with planets between 4 to 6 mutable degrees ~ so there could be a major breakthrough in that case. Often unsolved mysteries reveal their truths at times like this. Long dead cases break, especially cases from 82-83, 89-90, 97-98, and 04-05 or any Saturn increment back in time. Saturn inconjunct to Mercury and the Ascendant is a classic “confess and ask for forgiveness” aspect. All the other inconjunct aspects confirm the energy of coming out, adjusting the reality in your life and moving toward the truth that you want to live, starting now. It is a great time to ask or re-ask folks to change or adjust their stories. And they welcome the opportunity to do so. It eases their conscience.

The personal planets are very active, especially Mercury and Venus, this week. They want us to speak so we can get what we want. The other person isn’t a mind reader. If we don’t ask, we are not going to find out if it is possible for us to have what we want. And what is the purpose of life if we don’t at least TRY to be who we are and get what we want.

Saturn’s long journey through the Gemini Decant of Libra since November has been designed to take us back to our early desires, the beginner dreams, and the heart felt wishes of our childhood, youth or early life. Saturn wants us to talk (Gemini) about what we want in our relationships ~ not just the romantic ones but ALL of our relationships. How do they fulfill or not fulfill our dreams? How can we move forward toward what we want NOW instead of what we agreed to back then? We have to adjust and speak about what we want and need.

What do we want?

Venus enters Gemini this week. She enters the shadow of her upcoming retrograde journey next week. This week, Venus is guileless in early Gemini ~ she’s like Dorothy meeting the Wicked Witch for the first time. “It was an accident”, Dorothy says when accused of killing the Wicked Witch of the East.

You may feel like Dorothy, especially if accused of something this week. Come out and speak your truth. Keep in mind that, you have 126 days of Venus in Gemini ahead of you with 110 days of Venus dancing her retrograde dance in Gemini. With Venus retrograde in Gemini, it is WAY easier to tell the truth and be done with it. Gemini always THINKS it can get away with stuff…. Not so much in these days of instant communication, cameras on every corner and hidden microphones left on. Not so much with the upcoming retrograde of 110 days. You and Dorothy are going on a long, long journey through Oz…

Imagine what would have happened to the story if Glinda told Dorothy she could go home to Kansas any time she wanted by merely tapping her heels together?

Saturn and Gemini are going to take you on your very own Wizard of Oz journey through early August. You get to tap your heels together and go home to your desired place called Kansas at the end of September. Between now and the end of September, tell everyone you meet that you want to go to “xyz” the same way Dorothy told everyone she was trying to get home to Auntie Em in Kansas. And, as you go forward, you will find, the planets step into help you as you keep asking for what you want, speaking your truth and coming out. In fact, speaking out is the ONLY way you are going to get back home to Kansas.

Imagine what would have happened if Dorothy HADN’T said she wanted to go back to Kansas? See how important speaking your truth is?

So settle in and get ready for some fun. Come out. Tell the truth when asked this week. Telling the truth starts the story off on a good footing. And keep an eye out for your own Ruby Red Slippers as a hot fashion accessory and symbol of how you are doing. You will get your own talisman like those Ruby Reds from Mercury the messenger this week. It should show up on Thursday and help keep you focused on your truth and dream.

There is a Full Moon in Libra on Friday culminating the story begun in October 2010 when the New Moon took place at the same degree. Examine your relationships for culminations or opportunities to move to the next level. The Sabian Image for the Full Moon in Libra is TWO MEN PLACED UNDER ARREST GIVE AN ACCOUNTING FOR THEIR ACTS BEFORE THE TRIBUNAL OF SOCIETY. Lynda Hill’s interpretation of the Sabian Image is

Commentary: ‘Two Men’ are ‘Placed Under Arrest’. They have to ‘Give an Accounting For Their Acts Before the Tribunal of Society’. They are standing before some representative or authority and speaking about how they have acted against the rules and codes of ‘Society’. The fact that they are ‘Placed Under Arrest’ doesn’t have to mean that they are literally taken away by the police. This can show that they are held back by circumstances, people or experiences and they feel stuck, unable to move or stripped of their freedom. This can be rather compromising to one’s integrity, ideals and strength of character.

Oracle: With this Symbol, people’s ideas or actions may be under criticism or examination, to the point of feeling that someone has offended social responsibility and acceptability. Some may have to justify or explain themselves, and relationships can be held in limbo until all the facts come to light. There may be a need to be thoughtful about the situation, because it may be nothing but a suspicion at this point. The “case” could well be dismissed, with people forgiven or let off the hook, but with suspicion in the air, what permanent damage has already been done? Often a sense of trust and a belief in the goodness of people and things is necessary. An attitude of forgiveness may be really important to move through this situation with one’s sense of pride intact. Being charged with an offense can drive people apart, with each trying to save their own neck. How long can someone be “handcuffed”, either to themselves or to another? Imagining the removal of “the cuffs” could lead to a turn around in the situation. People in positions of power, physical or emotional, should show mercy so others can also forgive and forget and get on with their lives. Ultimately, the goal must lead to freedom.

Keywords: Having to plead one’s case. The need for “legal help”. Unacceptable principles. Blowing the whistle. Pointing at others to get off charges. People unable to relate. The “Romeo and Juliet” story. Feeling caught out. Restrictions. Saturn. Karma to be worked out. Being framed. Circumstances out of control. People in handcuffs. Identification parades. Police. The law. Lawyers. Judges. Juries. Tribunals.

The Caution: Refusing to conform to society’s mores. The sabotage of relationship values. Feeling stuck, unable to move. Staying in relationships when one should move on. Deadening emotions. Shutting off to cope with others. Not having one’s point of view heard. Losing one’s authority. Being bound karmically. Being tied up and limited.

To accuse others for one’s misfortunes is a sign of want of education. To accuse oneself shows that one’s education has begun. To accuse neither oneself nor others shows one’s education is complete. Epictetus
Many promising reconciliations have broken down because, while both parties came prepared to forgive, neither party came prepared to be forgiven. Charles Williams

Most of us can forgive and forget; we just don’t want the other person to forget that we forgave. Ivern Ball

We have only one person to blame, and that’s each other. Barry Beck–New York Ranger, on who started a brawl

A guilty conscience needs no accuser. Proverb

No! No! Sentence first-verdict afterwards. Lewis Carroll

Crime expands according to our willingness to put up with it. Barry Farber

Little thieves are hanged, but great ones escape. Proverb

I haven’t committed a crime. What I did was fail to comply with the law. David Dinkins–Fmr. New York City Mayor

The Sabian Image for the Full Moon’s Sun in Aries is AN EMPTY HAMMOCK HANGS BETWEEN TWO LOVELY TREES. Lynda Hill’s interpretation of the Sabian Image is

Commentary: ‘An Empty Hammock’ is shown hanging ‘Between Two Lovely Trees’. The image of the ‘Hammock’ conjures up the allure of a peaceful and safe environment. It can bring memories of better days, and of restful periods when there was an opportunity to enjoy rest and relaxation. The ‘Empty Hammock’ is an invitation to jump in, relax, and take time out to enjoy nature. Time spent lounging in the garden or in nature can revitalize the senses. Often solutions to problems can come whilst lying in a hammock or enjoying the garden.

Oracle: You may have been too hard on yourself, or others, lately. It is not a crime to rest or take a short pause, and there should be no guilt in taking time out in order to regain strength. Emotions, minds and bodies need relaxation; time to let the weight of life’s problems lift from our shoulders. You needn’t sacrifice your opportunity to rest for something or someone else. Look at your situation and take note of whether you are always on the go. If so, how can you relax and enjoy your life? Invitations to take a holiday, or simply rest, are likely to come if you are thinking that is what you need right now. Has the ‘Hammock’ been beckoning you for some years? By denying yourself rest you can forget how to enjoy a moment off, or even fool yourself into not being able to relax when you do get the opportunity. This Symbol is probably reminding you that there needs to be some rest right now in order to maintain harmony. On the other hand, it is possible that someone has actually been lounging around or goofing off a little too much lately. A lack of energy or mental or physical motivation can make the hours go by sometimes very slowly without getting anything truly productive done. Exercise is as necessary as rest. Keeping things in moderation is the key.

Keywords: Detachment. Abandonment. Having too much to do to be able to rest. Issues to do with sleep. Sleeping difficulties. Planning for days off or for retirement. Hustle and bustle. Memories of loved ones. Lounging or sitting under trees. Having permission to stop. Time out. Missing a lover. Beds, sheets, pillows, sofas. A favorite chair. Holidays.

The Caution: Deliberately pushing when in need of rest OR not being involved in life’s complexities. Dodging responsibilities. Having nowhere to stay rest or retire. Neglecting time for oneself. Too much work and no play. Areas of life which are not fulfilled. Having so much work there’s no time for relationships. Always being on the go.

I loved the info about the serial killer and the placement of the victim's planets etc. I wish I could discuss this with her.
