I'm still fairly new to this, so please bear with me. My moon is .19 degrees in Sagittarius, and while I agree with the needing to have a lot of freedom and abhorring routine thing (I've noticed ever since I graduated high school a few years ago, I've consitently done 180s on my life every six months or so), I find that I relate WAY WAY WAY more to the description of the Scorpio moon. The "all-or-nothing" ness, fear of betrayal, intuition, intense emotion....although that could from be my cancer sun, as well. The reason I'm asking is that I like to look at my moon sign as well as my sun sign when I read my hororscope, so is it better for me to just identify with scorpio? Do any of you identify more with a different moon sign, or sun/mars/venus for that matter? IP: Logged |

If you use cusps, then go with both Scorpio and Sagittarius moon readings. IP: Logged |

yes cusps can cause a blending of the 2 signs, but also do you have a moon pluto aspect? because i have moon opposition pluto and i somewhat identify with the scorpio moon description IP: Logged |

no, i don't have any moon/scorpio aspect. If its relevant, my venus/mars/jupiter/ascendant all square pluto, my mercury trines it, and neptune sextiles it. IP: Logged |

I don't believe in cusps. And the Moon is definitely in Sagittarius if its at 19 degrees. What aspects are going on with your Moon and what house is your Moon located in? Also astrology is just a potential of planetary energies, depending on how you adapted emotionally and your environment your Saggy Moon maybe more on the serious side, etc. IP: Logged |

Don't listen to RedScorp. There are no cusps for Moon signs. If you put in the correct birth info then you do have the Sagittarius Moon. And like you stated you have a good # of Pluto aspects which will give you the feel of Plutonic energy. Plutonic energy is stronger than plain ol' vanilla Scorpio, so keep that in mind too IP: Logged |

sorry, it's actually .19 degrees, not 19 degrees. My moon isn't aspected very much, just moon square ascendant and moon quincunx sun. As for the house placement...thats where I'm lost : / I have no idea how to read that. If it helps: Sun Cancer 2.12 Moon Sagittarius 0.19 Mercury Cancer 10.39 Venus Leo 17.08 Mars Leo 17.02 Jupiter Leo 13.03 Saturn Aquarius 5.44 R Uranus Capricorn 12.13 R Neptune Capricorn 15.45 R Pluto Scorpio 17.54 R Lilith Capricorn 6.31 Asc node Capricorn 19.01 Ascendant Aquarius 28.53 II Aries 11.43 III Taurus 14.50 IV Gemini 10.25 V Cancer 3.11 VI Cancer 27.28 VII Leo 28.53 VIII Libra 11.43 IX Scorpio 14.50 Midheaven Sagittarius 10.25 XI Capricorn 3.11 XII Capricorn 27.28 For example, I read somewhere that apparently I have venus in the sixth house. But my understanding of it was that it would be in the third house since taurus is ruled by venus? and for what it's worth, my birth details are: june 23, 1991 11:55 pm, dallas tx IP: Logged |

I can tell with those squares that Pluto rocks-your-world on a regular basis. Think of planetary energy as the source, as condensed. The associated signs carry a part of it, but they can't hold a candle to the planet itself. And then of course the hard aspects are the strongest (conj sq opp). With your Pluto aspects tho I wouldn't be surprised if you were drawn to folks with Pluto strong as well to their personals or with Scorp. Although I have to say as a person w.strong Pluto..dealing w.Scorpios is like dealing with toddlers on a certain level. They only look Plutonic, and unless their Pluto is strong as well, they will be living out their planetary energy on a more surface level, which if you're a Plutonian is a painful thing to encounter. But with the Moon at only 00.19 which is just barely in the sign, I'd double check the birth time, if possible, if you haven't already.IP: Logged |

Hey now, that's not nice, I did say "if" the OP used cusps...s/he could very well decide not to and BAM! No cusps! IP: Logged |
