i find these back-to-back mars/venus/merc retro periods to be very active level, globally and personally. i almost hold my breath when they come along. i warn my clients in advance lol

It seems that during Venus Rx many people think about their exes and people from the past. I think what happens is that people start reflecting on their relationships more.

Don't be surprised if a bunch of people you haven't talked to in a while reappear.

It may not play out that way for everyone but that's what I've noticed.

What I've seen is not so much people from the past coming back, but a hesitancy in new relationships to move forward. During the retrograde period you may see things about a partner that you hadn't seen before and it may affect your relationship with that person. If you are trying to start a new relationship with a person during the Venus retro, that person may not be on the up and up, so keep a lookout.

I have Venus retrograde natally, and sometimes Venus retrograde periods are actually better for me (usually creatively more than anything else), but sometimes the retrograde periods are not any more helpful for me than they are for everyone else.

I met one of my exes the very first day of the 2010 Venus Rx... we began dating immediately... everything was a fairytale until Venus went direct and things were never the same after that. So... I am scared for this one in some ways that something similar might happen.

Regarding people returning to your life, though, I'm pretty sure he was someone I knew in my past life... karma to be paid and that sort of thing... so maybe Venus Rx brings past life loves back too...
