If his birthtime is correct despite being unverified, the T-square of Moon-Saturn-Venus involves both chartruler and her DESC-ruler.
The energy triggered by this must have been very intense, though of course not easy.
But she has a Moon-Saturn-opposition, indicating that she doesn´t really look for an "easy" relationship.
his chartruler and of course Sun and Mars being in Capricorn show that he vibes with Saturn as well.
So their synastry reflects closely their natal pattern/ emphasis, which is what I have found to be very prevalent in lasting relationships (not sure how to define "success").
His Venus directs the focus very much onto relationships for her, as it falls onto her DESC, so I definitely can see the draw (I do not think it was always easy-breezy though).
HIs Sun is on the antision of Saturn - so as a matter of fact she has natally Moon-SAturn, he has Sun-Saturn, that is a fit through Saturn.
another complementary aspect exists in synastry, again through Saturn, as
his Venus squares her Saturn
her Mars sextiles his Saturn
Another "winner" is his Mercury-Uranus-conjunction falling onto her Jupiter in her 5th house. Must have been quite sparkly.
Also His Mercury-Uranus is in Sagittarius, vibing with Jupiter.
While her Jupiter has a strong aspect with Mercury. So both are familiar with the Mercury-Jupiter-energy.
Maybe he was sometimes too zany and "out there" for her liking, with her Virgo_Mercury squaring this, but then again she was herself familiar with that battle between common sense and pragmatism and overflowing enthusiasm in her own personality.
And they have had some stability aspects as well as his Saturn trine her Moon and sextile her Mars for example.
This is a very harmonious "closed circuit", consisting of the very stable trine and a more stimulating sextile.
her Saturn connects with his Venus-Jupiter-aspect also bringing stability into his romantic life, but in a less harmonious way with her Saturn squaring his Venus. But maybe he needed a "firm hand" or a very structuring influence.
