Topic: Sun Sign and on screen chemistry

OK, following my favourite movie classics thread here is another one about movies.  Is on screen chemistry connected to Sun or ASC? Or is it synastry? I doubt that it's the latter because "real" chemistry is something you feel. On screen it should be more obvious. I noticed a while ago that there are alot of compatible signs playing love interests.
For example Virgo/Scorpio are often cast as such.      
Just something I noticed. So, I assume that subconciously the casting directors put people together whose Sun Signs or ASC harmonize (most of the time). What do you think?
Is it even the Sun that we see on screen or is the Rising more important here?

Selective observation/coincidence. If you take a random sample of movies you'll find that for every cast that has leading actors with compatible sun signs, there are one or two with incompatible ones.That being said, here are two tv shows for the list:
F.R.I.E.N.D.S. (all air and fire except for David Schwimmer)
Seinfeld (earth signs except for Jason Alexander) And some movies:
Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe & Emma Watson are fire signs)
LOTR (mostly air)
Four Weddings and a Funeral
Troy Movies with incompatible signs between leading roles:
Twilight
What Women Want
Ben-Hur I'll keep editing to add. I made a similar thread at another astro board a few years back and the "regs" didn't even test this idea out before immediately calling me stupid. This is why I just LOVE people.

Hm, I wasn't asking about the whole cast in any show/movie. But romcoms in general.

What I noticed is the ASC though. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson both have Cancer Rising. And Gerard Butler is a Libra Rising but I don't know Katherine Heigl's? Isn't she a Sagittarius though...not a Libra? Or were you talking about someone else?

In terms of chemistry, I've noticed that the opposition/square works better for me. Audrey Hepburn(Taurus) - Peter O'Toole (Leo) - How to steal a Million Kim Basinger (Sagittarius) - Mickey Rourke (Virgo) - Nine 1/2 Weeks
And I'm a sucker for male/male relationships (friends/brothers/etc). I think it's called bromance, but I kinda hate that term.

I still think it has to do with the overall synastry, but especially those aspects connected to the visible side of the chart (probably esp. MC) and the ASC.Taking Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law as an example. They might have incompatible sun-signs, but have some very nice and complimentary aspects as well. Just the fact that Law`s Moon is in Libra and Downey`s Sun in Aries is telling.
Both are in the visible part of each`s natal chart; Downey`s Sun is in his 9th house, Law`s Moon in his own 10th house. They have two EXACT overlays of houseaxis.
Downey`s MC conjunct Law`s 5th house cusp
Law`s ASC conjunct Downey`s 5th house cusp Very creative IŽd think.
Their ASC`s are trine, and Downey`s Sun-Venus-conjunction trines Law`s Venus-ASC-conjunction.
His Mars-Uranus-Pluto squares Law`s Venus-ASC, which might explain the convincing bickering in the film. lol Downey`s ASC trines Law`s Venus - so they have a DW of Venus-ASC trine, with Venus rulng both their MC`s. To just scratch the surface.

Off topic because I have nothing really constructive to add to the OP. But, I share your pain. I think everyone runs into that at least a few times in their life when they come up with an idea. On topic - This is kind of interesting, I'd love to see as many examples as possible. I'd assume it was their rising sign, but there seems to be a lot pointing more towards Sun signs. ------------------

off topic----capricorns always seem to be complaining about something or other. It puts me off.Everyone has difficulties in their life. Everyone struggles everyday. Yet, capricorns seem to think their struggles are tougher than anyone else's. You're not alone, and a lot of the things that happen to you happen to other people all the time. It sucks to think that you're the only one who stuff happens to. So please know that. So cheer up, love. <3 The difference is people don't complain. They try to make the best of what they have. That's why you don't know about all the stuff that happens to them...they dont say it, only to their closest friends, and try to be happy and make light of their situation rather than complaining.
