Yea it is Scorpio. You can tell by his jaws, nose, and eyes :P But I still see so much Cap in him. Probably from his Mars since it also rules Scorpio.

Well the last decan is the cancer decan. Sez they are inclined to roundness but also to roam geographically so could be.. minus the roundness part. Maybe he has also progressed to sag. quote:
