How might this configuration play out in the composite chart between two individuals? I would assume it to mean high energy and spontenaity. I have read that one of the drawbacks of Venus conjunct Uranus in the composite chart means instability, does anyone thin Mars conjunct Uranus speaks to the longevity of the relationship? Does anyone have any experience with this composite aspect?

There will definitely be a degree of impulsivity to this union. You will feel that brimming, potentially explosive high energy feel a Mars-Uranus contact brings; it will be shared between you both, as something that can bring excitement and upset.

But you can also suffer from possible explosive arguments, an unpredictability with you or your partner that can either improve or really upset the relationship, and a relationship in general that can be subject to sudden changes. So... if we are speaking about longevity here, I doubt it. Not to be harsh, but this aspect even in the natal chart can make one have difficulty with harmonizing in relationships due to attracting conflict (especially if it's the square or opposition), especially if the planets are in the 'sex' houses (like the 8th).

Do you enjoy a union that's high energy, fast paced and filled with change? Then you won't mind this composite aspect. Yes, there is DEFINITELY a chance to make it work beyond this aspect. If you have other stabilizing aspects, you can get past the erratic Mars conjunct Uranus. But, it also helps to know what house it is in... which house?

Natally I have Uranus in the 7th, so I definitely prefer that kind of spark and change in a relationship. We have some stabilizing aspects in the composite (sun conj saturn) as well as in our synastry (venus sextile sun & moon). Unfortunately I do not know the exact house because I don't know his exact birth time! In a perfect world, I would be in a relationship with this person, but there are some large obstacles in the way for now!

I've had the square which is obviously more harsh than the conjunction but I imagine there are certain similarities. There was a lot of emotional instability (and sexual instability at times). There were some explosive arguments and then just as suddenly all would be right in the world. I personally found it a bit challenging to find balance but if you have Uranus in the 7th then maybe it's a more familiar (and thus comforting) energy for you.

I think there would probably be a better connection with the conjunction but I would expect the unexpected with this aspect, and where it would come up would be largely dependant on what house it's in
