Topic: My friend just got fired - is this a Saturn thing? See chart.

So, my friend worked at a bar for the past several years. She's really, really good at her job and she was fired tonight for no reason. She thinks it's because she's no longer "skinny". She's no stick-figure but she's not overweight at all and she has always brought a lot of business to the bar so it confuses me that they would make this decision. I'm confused and upset for her and I wondered if what I'm seeing in her chart accounts for this.I noticed that she has Saturn retrograding over Mercury and Uranus, rulers of her 10th and 6th houses respectively. She's been in the industry for 10 years so you could definitely call it a career and not just a job. Mercury and Uranus are also in her 2nd house. She also has Karma almost conjuncting her MC. What else would account for this? It was so sudden that I'm still in shock. And I'm also so upset for her. She won't even take my call - just texted to say that she doesn't want to talk (which I understand) but I feel a bit impotent, hence this chart  Thanks in advance.  IP: Logged |

Hi Sorsha, We walk a fine line when we post someone else's chart, so you really need her permission first. If you don't have it then edit it with the specifics.I already peeked so, I'll give you my interp.
Saturn, Yes. More So than the planets they are applying a conjunction to is the all important house it's in. The Second, besides the obvious, her pocketbook, this transit will effect her self worth, self esteem, etc. The opposition to her Moon shows that the issue she had concerning her termination, could have come from a woman. Also her feelings are genuinely hurt. (this is supported by the wide conjunction of N. Moon/Chiron) IP: Logged |

Lalalinda,She is okay with it  I have posted her chart before and as long as I do not use her name it's fine. Not sure what else you mean about the specifics - do you mean city and date? Thanks for your interpretation. In fact, the decision did come from a woman as far as I know, so you are correct in that. And I think you are right about her being hurt, which is what is making me very sad for her right now and wishing I could give her a giant hug. Edited to add: the chart was anonymous however I have also removed the city of birth as well as time. Honestly, it is not an issue although if those are new LL rules I am happy to abide IP: Logged |

By the Specifics I meant Ascendant, her stellium, the opposition to the Moon etc. just in case you had to take her chart down.I hope she feels better, sending her a LL Hug.  IP: Logged |

Aw thanks. I will pass it along I actually just spoke to her and she's doing a bit better so maybe now I will stop worrying and fall asleep!

I'm noticing t.Saturn (which is natally in the 10th) conj n.Merc (MC ruler). Maybe this will help her get more focus on where she wants to be. t.Saturn also looks to be conj n.Uranus (H6 ruler). Uranus connected to H6 wants to set their own time table, their own schedule, so maybe she's looking to be more independent in these matters. Best of luck to her  IP: Logged |
