I have been on/off with a Taurus. Its complicated. Since the last time I've seen him we have talked about being in a serious relationship. As of right now.. we are not. Anyways, he's wanted me to cook him dinner for years.. and i never have. He jokingly asked if i was gona coo him dinner this week and it might be time I get around to that. Any suggestions? I don't have much experience cooking. By the way - he's about to be 30 and I'm 23. Not saying 23 is an excuse not to know how to cook - just giving some background IP: Logged |

Then have it catered Sweetheart (or get some help with heat and serve) But first Set the table (linen), set the Mood (music), Candles, WineHe won't mind that you didn't cook yourself, presentation is all you, and it's classy. Have fun IP: Logged |

Make him chicken alfredo (assuming he isn't vegetarian). Here's how:1) Boil the fetuccini (use a fork to check to make sure it's soft, but not too soft) 2) Season some chicken breasts (as many as you wish) with black pepper and garlic powder. 3) Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized strips (or cubes, doesn't matter). 4) Add some cooking oil and the cut chicken to a pot. Cook on medium heat until done. Set aside cooked chicken 5) Heat up ready-made alfredo sauce (you can make your own if you wish) in the microwave or using the stove 6) Mix the warm alfredo sauce, fetuccini and cooked chicken in a large bowl. 7) Add some cooked broccoli to the mix 8) If you want, you can also buy some Texas toast garlic bread and use it as a side dish. Enjoy! IP: Logged |

Tauruses have VERY picky tastes. I swear, their senses are even more finely tuned than a Virgo's filing skills. Don't use cheap ingredients because if the food isn't up to par then they'll say so. (e.g. "This chicken is too dry.") Unless they're feeling kind, in which case they would just not touch it after one bite. They enjoy lobster because they can taste how pricey it is. IP: Logged |

Taureans just have a hedonistic nature under all that logic. At their hearts, Taurus energy is sensual. Personally, If you are attempting to woo this particular Taurus, I suggest that you make it a sensual experience. First of all, find out what he likes to eat. Then make that. Make the mood atmospheric. Sensual means engaging all the senses, so do that. Create a lovely visual, an appealing scent, an appetizing meal, etc. And if things get exciting, I've yet to meet a Taurus who doesn't have a sensitive neck. I'm sure they might exist, but I have not met one. Just sayin'. IP: Logged |

When we re in public and I look dressed up and uber feminine - he literally hovers over me like a hawk. I love it, haha. Sometimes hes done that when we arent even in public if im not just in casual clothes. Thank you all for your advice. I should really get a new dress. IP: Logged |

Agree. The Taurus I dated was not very picky about food, but indeed was sensible to anything "cheap" - not that a Taurus Venus like myself would go there. ^_^ But yeah, they're traditionals. You can't go wrong with steak if he's not a vegetarian. IP: Logged |

But the most important part is that a lady smells good, I was once attracted to a woman just because I thought she smelled good, true story. IP: Logged |

Prepare a classic Caesar salad with the chicken alfredo pasta. Buy some garlic bread and have some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on the side for bread dipping. Better, cut some tomatoes into small cubes and chopped basil and make a Bruschetta. It's easy (look at Wikipedia). For desert, have some Tiramisu or some Cannoli. Or try some hazelnut Gelato. Have coffee whichever way he likes: expresso or Cappuccino. Don't forget the wine. For alfredo sauce, I prefer Pinot Grigio, which is a crisp citrusy white wine. For desert, try a Moscato d'Asti, which is a wonderful sweet desert wine. It comes in small bottles, so it can be finished by two. Otherwise, nothing is wrong with Asti Spumante sparkling wine/sweet champagne. Martini & Rossi make a decent product that is rather affordable. The way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Yes, I like food and I like cooking. IP: Logged |
