I'm wondering if there are any indications in one's chart that indicates an aptitude for the more intuitive psychic arts (crystal ball glazing, for example) versus the more intellectual psychic arts (numerology, astrology, i ching). Thanks! IP: Logged |

Planets in Scorpio, Sun or Moon in 8th house or 12th, Pluto or Neptune in 12th and well aspected.Scorpio deals with ocullt things etc. ALL water signs are intuitive by nature but not all are into occult things. I have Scorpio Rising with Pluto in Scorpio in 12th house. I am a psychic and an astrologer but for example, I was never impressed by crystal balls. Never tried, never will. Saw a lot of cartoons with such things enough not to take it too serious. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your response. I'm an astrologer (obviously) and a tarot reader but I've been drawn to crystal ball gazing for a while now. Wondering if I may have an aptitude for it. I have Mars, Saturn and Pluto in Scorpio, Sun and Mercury in the 8th, pluto opposite sun and a neptune-moon conjunction. Pluto is the final dispositor in my chart. IP: Logged |

I'm a Scorpio Sun-Mars-Pluto 8H w/ Pisces moon 12H and Pisces rising I'm very intuitive to people's emotions, but I wouldn't go as far as being psychic ------------------ Scorpio sun, Pisces moon, and Pisces rising IP: Logged |

There's many ways in which someone could be psychic. Water signs are often involved, but they don't have to be. An old friend of mine is/was very psychic and she has a ton of virgo influence with very little water (just pluto). quote: Originally posted by Moonfish:

This is how I am as well. I go further and am intuitive into peoples minds as well (if not more so then emotions). The two are strongly interrelated from what I have seen and if you deal with one side you automatically begin to deal with the other as well. This comes from two things. Moon conjunct pluto in scorpio, and having an 8th house stellium in gemini. I seldom have psychic clicks, but sometimes I do. If I really focus on it I can trace an intuitive insight back to its source and figure out how I got there. It's not always possible though. ------------------ It's All Elemental ----- My Chart if relevant IP: Logged |

From what I've read throughout the years, though don't ask me to state the source... it seems having a strong positive Pluto influence in your chart can give you a back door into people's minds that also have that same Pluto sign. Which house your Pluto is in will usually determine what you can read.Could be wrong though, it's just a memory that surfaced from some misc info when I read the topic title, could have been wrong info or misremembered. ------------------ Astrology Activism: The constant strive to not just learn the intricate details of Astrology but the desire to constantly find new ways to prove that it exists in a scientific manner. Failure to incorporate the later into your work is akin to learning how to cure cancer but not sharing it with anyone. IP: Logged |
