I have been looking into many charts of people around me who I feel are in Soulmate relationships (no they are not always easy) & I have been seeing a lot of trends.1) Eros & Psyche, always aspecting, not always an easy relationship - but it is always followed by some sort of sudden epiphany & both parties learn from each other, Conjunction, Trine, Square, Opposition, Sextile. Up to 2 orbs. 2) Vertex & Anti-Vertex, works when they touch AC, MC, IC, DC and any planet - however energies are amplified when say, the further planets are in houses 1 or 8. I personally only take into account Conjunctions (as one Vertex will touch the opposition anyway) of up to 2 orbs & Trines up to 1 orb. 3) Chiron. I call this one the Phoenix. A lot of pain & healing if both parties are open, in the end, if all are overcome, there is an undeniable trust. 4) POF. The part of fortune. The feel good aspect. Again, must touch a key angle or planet. Thoughts? IP: Logged |

personaly I found that IC and MC and chiron has been prominate in the synastry charts between me and my soulmates. IC is the most deeply feld. Chiron relationships has been more temporarily and I feel they can be replaced with an other easily. But my sister, my 2 best friends, my romantic soulmate and my stepmother(who I fell for instantly) all have their moon or sun right on my IC in aries. And Aries is not comfortable with my sun and moon sign, and I dont have any planets in that sign. I have psyche conjunct eros with my romantic soulmate, his chiron opposed my moon and we meet the day that the sun conjunct my MC and his moon is on my IC ( the transit moon was actually in aries that day too  )IP: Logged |

You forgot the nodes, nn conj the asc/desc or the sun, moon, or venus can definately feel and be a soulmate relationship. IP: Logged |

my chiron trine his moon
his vertex conj my venus 2*

Psyche & Eros don't seem important in any of my synastries. They are never in aspect to each other or to much else.I've taken note of Vertex & Anti-vertex... and also Chiron seems to figure a lot. POF is conj my Sun... so I can't really tell how much of an influence it would have on its own. Karma, Valentine and Ceres are the main asteroids I use. They seem to show up everywhere, often making exact aspects. IP: Logged |

Ceres is big if you're a female i believe, you use it to attract males. i'll take note of karma & valentine. Must say Vertex and Chiron are very key, esp vertex because it moves VERY FAST.
Phoenix - it is under the select list on astro.com - under additional objects http://www.astro.com/cgi/genchart.cgi your POF is where you feel balanced, it is calculated using AC SUn & Moon

Yes the nodes are huge indicaters too. My soulmate who is 40 years older than me have his vertex conjunct my south node and my vertex is conjunct his north node. We also have asc conjunct vertex double whammy.In draconic chart we have our suns conjunct, but natal he is a leo and I am a gemini. My draconic moon conjunct his natal moon... IP: Logged |

his psyche oppositions my eros (1)
his chiron conjuncts my venus (0)
his sun squares my vertex (0) - if that counts.
and my POF squares his Saturn (3)It's hard to have a connection with him because he's such a shy, awkward soul. However, I can tell that he feels comfortable opening up to me more than most people. IP: Logged |

I felt like I found my soulmate, but he was too young and immature for me right now, so I ended it. I hope I find another soul mate. Him and I had....Juno and Chiron conjunction

His Parts Fortune conjunct my Rising
His Saturn and Uranus conjunct my IC and Neptune (in my 4th house)

Sun/Venus Conjunction
Moon trine Moon
Moon sextile Pluto

We have Psyche/Eros exact square and trine in a Draconic synastry, in the past we've been very close and had tragic relationships in several lifetimes. There was also huge and unexplainable love towards each other in those lifetimes. This time his Aphrodite is exactly conjunct his own SN and this conjunction is exactly conjunct my exact Moon/Eros/Hekate conjunction. Bond is very powerful yet painful, cause there is some kind of internal fear that keeps us apart from each other, although we never part ourselves for a long time. My Karma is also conjunct his Venus. His NN forms a Grand trine with my Venus and Mars. And his Destinn is conjunct my North Node. His IC is in an exact novile to my South Node. Novile is considered as a karmic aspect, so let it be one. Eros and Psyche are not directly aspected, though they are connected through a karmic object - Saturn. Eros quintile Saturn and Psyche biquintile Saturn, both exact. I don't know if that counts, but my Vx/Avx axe is 5 degrees conjunct his nodal axe.. but i think it's too wide. I think what we feel, is other karmic connections. Ah, that's also interesting - my name asteroid in his chart conjuncts my ASC in synastry. Actually i don't consider him my twinflame, no, but i do think that this is a soulmate connection. I felt it before i took a look on astrology.. IP: Logged |

We have our Moons trine each other , too.
His Chiron is exactly conjunct his last name asteroid in my chart, and trine my Union, sextile my ASC
Ah, we also have DW of Chiron trine Part of Fortune His Eros is opposite my Angel, but his Angel is conjunct my Moon
His PF exactly trine my Juno
