I'm not an expert in this ... but there has been a big debate on this ( who feels the effect more , the planet person or the house person ) but again pluto is a generational planet so everyone his age will have their own pluto in your 7th house ... so ... *pump*

Yes I agree part of virgo pluto and all of libra pluto fall in my 7th.. So it's no difference for me.. So the pluto person would feel it more.. IP: Logged |

I would think the 7th house person would feel it more, because it is HER house of partners. IP: Logged |

one aspect alone isn't indicative of whether an attraction (if there is one) will lead to a relationship. also, everyone in his age range plutos fall in your 7th house.

Well, as far as "who feels it more, the house person or the planet person," my guess is, it depends. Depends on how heavily aspected the planet person's planet is to begin with, if the house person has that planet or any other planets in that house already that will interact with the "planet person's" planet, what synastry aspects there are, etc.In my opinion, both people will feel it, just in different ways. The planetary giver will feel it one way, and the planetary receiver will feel it another way. Having thought about this quite a bit, it can be misleading (though understandable) to ask, "who feels it more?" In my opinion, we should ask instead, "who feels what? (as a result of giving or receiving the planet)" Also, if the planet person has Pluto in Libra in the 4th, and now it's in someone's 7th, not only to they "Plutonize' the house person's 7th house, but, in my opinion, they 4th-ize their 7th house. just as the house person may 7th-ize the planet person's 4th house. Not trying to complicate matters. It's just that when learning synastry, people start out with building blocks of basics (which they should, including myself). Ultimately, it becomes a blend of two-way planetary impact and two-way house blending impact.
