(ViP being Venus in Pisces)I mentioned aquaguy91 since he and I both have a 12th house Aquarius sun and Venus in Pisces. At first I was a little amused at Aquarius suns being called aloof and distant in a disparaging way. Same with Venus in Pisces being described as "wimpy," "wishy washy," etc. After a while, I figured if nothing was said to counter, that's how the sentiment might stand. Here's a heads up from at least one Aquarian with Venus in Pisces; we're neither aloof nor wishy-washy. We're quite tender and sentimental. We love intimacy. Of course, it can depend on other factors in a chart, but as far as those two--aloof and wishy-washy... forget it. Not me. Want to know any more? Just ask.

Freebrainstorms and I are Aquas with Venus in Pisces. Not sure who else.My boyfriend is an Aqua with Venus in Cap and our relationship styles are very different. He's very honest and practical. I'm definitely more romantic and sometimes I just want him to lie to me lol. Tell me what I want to hear. Well, if you're implying that Venus in Pisces just wants people to tell them what they want to hear, I'm not sure where you're coming from with that. Please elaborate. Thanks.

Example: my boyfriend is doing a prom themed bicycle race with another girl. I'm not a strong rider and he's obsessed with winning (he never does a race that he doesn't think he stands a good chance of getting first). He texted me to tell me this and I said it was fine so long as he didn't want to bang her or date her. He said "I do but I won't." and I'm like "uhhh that doesn't gve me good feelings." and he said "I mean I'm only human, I'm sure there are plenty of guys you'd like to have sex with or date." Basically, you don't have to be so honest that it kills romance. That's not attractive to me. He should've said "of course not" and left it at that. Now I have to be jealous and anxious about the fact he's doing a dumb race with a girl. I don't like being jealous, it's an ugly emotion.A certain amount of mystery is good in a relationship. Sorry to hear that about his response to your question about the other girl, but what does that have to do with Venus in Pisces, please? Or is that have more to do with Aquarius? If so, like you said, discretion (in his response) can be a virtue.

I'm illustrating how our love styles are different. He thinks honesty to a fault is good (Cap), I prefer some things to be left up to the imagination (Pisces). Another example: I don't tell him every time I have a sex dream about another dude. Why? What purpose would it serve if only to make him feel bad. IP: Logged |

amowls** that's where we differ maybe it's the earth in him and in my moon. i'd rather him be honest and say whether he wanted to or not, then i'd know that i could trust him because he was open enough about it to talk to me about it and therefore wouldn't do anything. if he lied then i'd know he was lying and then i'd be extra hurt and mad. He does have a Virgo Moon like you. But I trusted him already, now I trust him less lol. It would not have occurred to me to be jealous had he said "naw babe, I only have eyes for you." I think the unabashed honesty amowls spoke of is an aqua thing personally,i have done similar things though not quiet as brash, but i have had gfs ask me similar questions and i say yea shes pretty,and than they get mad at me,but how can they when i was honest,heck theres lots of pretty women in the world,thats no secret.IP: Logged |

Aqua Sun Venus in Cap here. I suppose I'm a bit like your bf. I'm practical and rational in love. Honesty wasn't always my strong suit, for fear of hurting people (really more to do with the other aspects in my chart) but I stick to that now. Brutally? Not so much. I wouldn't say something like that to my bf I don't think. But he's an Aqua Sun with Venus in Virgo, so he's fairly practical too. IP: Logged |

I dated a Pisces with an Aqua Venus/Mercury and he was very very blunt. I'm normally blunt but if I care enough about a person I try extra hard to be tactful (if I hurt your feelings it's usually because I don't care about you). IP: Logged |

im a 12th house sun conj merc in Cap, ASC Aqua with Saturn in the 12th 2 degrees from the ASC, 1st house Venus in Piesces, my Piesces-Virgo axis is intercepted..

Amowls, I know how you feel exactly. My double Cap husband would, from the beginning, swivel his head obviously to gape at every good looking woman who passed us in the mall, on the street, etc. He'd also comment a lot about actresses on tv. It got to the point where he killed the romance, completely, for me. I hope my Aquarian son (who has Venus in Cap) doesn't grow up to do the same thing. IP: Logged |

Wow!! I don't know how his balls are intact. My boyfriend is a double Sag with Venus in Cap and while he's certainly said a lot of numbnut things over the years, somehow he's managed to restrain himself from provoking me in that very unwise way  . Maybe an ex already trained him?

I'm the same way, seeing beauty in the world has nothing to do with the way I feel about the person I'm with, if anything I want to share it with them. See, in my eyes that's the Libra moon wanted to be charmed. I can't see myself buying into anybody saying something like that to me. I'd call ******** on them and be mad at them for assuming that I would buy into that line and would be waaay more suspicious of them after they said it than before.
