Hi Pleiades (well there's your real name written on the chart but err I'm not gonna use it  )Your progressed chart looks pretty good to me!
I don't really know how to read them either, but your progressed Sun recently entered Capricorn, that must have been a noticeable change.. Your Moon will soon change houses and conjunct Mercury, in the 8th. You may be turned inward more than usual and have a more serious approach to life.
There is an emphasis on the Southern Hemisphere (above the ASC/DSC axis) so you're probably more concerned with relationships and your professional and social standing.
With Venus conjunct Saturn in the 10th it may mean that you want to be noticed in your social circle and have some power and/or a good reputation. It can also show that your relationships are more mature and/or serious, and that you take commitments seriously. If you start a relationship during this time it may be a serious and responsible one, but careful not to be overly cautious! It looks like you're quite balanced internally at this time, not much friction going on, unless you have some difficult transits.
