It's a small green house in our city's ghetto that people from all over our state, and outlying states tend to flock to to buy their plants when it's open. Partly because our prices are so good, partly because we provide service not because we have to but because we honestly want to, and partly because a lot of the richy people want to prove they aren't scared of the ghetto so they come here once a year to shop.

My boss is a wonderful, wonderful woman. Here Sun is exactly opposite mine, her moon is in Virgo, Venus is in Pisces, her Mars is in Sag, and her Neptune is the sole planet in Libra.

We have five employees including myself.

I did a chart for all five of the employees and noticed something really REALLY odd.

We all have a Libra Mars.

Every so often we get an extra hand from a few of the older people who've worked the greenhouse before she inherited it... they also have a Libra Mars.

She picks us based on our ability to get a long with one another, our abilities to automatically fill in where the other people lack, our abilities to communicate without using words, how well we can walk through single person aisles without getting in each others way, and not getting upset when one employee needs to sit down and rest.

It's a fast paced environment, working in blistering sun, in heat that can get over 120 degrees. No scheduled breaks or lunch for 9 1/2 to 13 hours a day.

And it works. Something about that Libra placement in all of us seems to create this machine where everything just fits together. It's odd, and astrologically it's extremely exciting.

Just wanted to share and see if anyone has any input into what may cause conjunct Mars in so many people in one spot to not combust. Or if anyone else has any related work experiences with their fellow employees.
