I have the ruler of the 1st house in the 10th house
Ruler of 10th house in 11th house
Ruler of 11th house in 10th house
Ruler of 2dn house in 10th house
Sun, mercury and Jupiter in 10th house Taurus
Midheaven conjunct Jupiter and Moon
Pluto opposition Midheaven
And Saturn and Neptune trine Midheaven

Does anyone think these are possibilities for fame??

10th house is overrated, IMO. It helps but a strong 11th house is needed.

Are you in a band or in the public somehow? That is a real indicator that you could be famous otherwise your just like everyone else trying to prove your existence.

Yep, pretty much.
The aspects listed look like a good recipe for some kind of high social position, maybe even fame. Jupiter on the MC is usually a very good indicator. Guess it depends on what you do, Biolage! Are you in the arts? Some recognition is probable, maybe not on a grand scale but still.

and 11th hs
Venus in Gemini

Venus Opposition Uranus 5th

Venus Opposition Saturn 5th

Venus Trine Mars in 7th

9th Moon Sextile Venus
