So, every sign has a seven year age period that it correlates with. And the sign's age period stands for how it develops and expresses itself. Like Aries' is infancy to seven years old and this is where children explore the world around them in that intrepid manner and can also be terribly yet innocently self-centered.

So, do you think we're happiest in the age period of our Sun sign? Do you think our Sun sign expresses itself most powerfully in this age period? I'm a Leo and Leo's is 28-35 so I wouldn't know yet. But, I imagine I will be.

Here's the whole list, just for clarification:
Aries: 0 to 7 years old
Taurus: 7 to 14 years old
Gemini: 14 to 21 years old
Cancer: 21 to 28 years old
Leo: 28 to 35 years old
Virgo: 35 to 42 years old
Libra: 42 to 49 years old
Scorpio: 49 to 56 years old
Sagittarius: 56 to 63 years old
Capricorn: 63 to 70 years old
Aquarius: 70 to 77 years old
Pisces: 77 to 84 years old

Personally, I've mused over the age periods change for each person. Like...if your Sun is Leo, maybe the first 7 years of your life are Leo. Or if your AC is Pisces, the first 7 years of your life are Pisces...

I say that because some of us won't even make to Capricorn, let alone Aquarius and Pisces, and it isn't really fair, I guess.

I don't believe in Sun periods. I do believe in changes brought by Progressions and transits. Are a real deal.

I have my sun in Gemini and the Gemini period really sucked for me. I'm currently in my Cancer period, which is better than Gemini, but still crappy. Taurus was the worst though. I only liked the first 7 years of my life (Aries).

I think progressions and solar arcs would be a better indication of periods we go through.

I don't really believe much in "progressions". I do think that the sun signs definitely represent age periods. Linda Goodman described them very well in "Love Signs".

Just because Linda Goodman described the Sun and Love signs that doesnt mean she had the absolute truth in her hands. No offence but what she did was BASIC astrology. Astrology means much more than that. One cannot call himself astrologer if he resumes only to Sun signs. He must know EVERY area of the Astrology. Basic, Predictive, Karmic etc.
