By "eras", I'm referring to points in history, not chronological ages.I'm just curious, as I was thinking about this: in which times in history (decades, centuries, etc.) do you think certain signs would have felt most at-home? As in, do you think that any certain time periods would really suit certain signs well, based on what happened during that time, what was popular back then, cultural and social values, political situations, historical events, etc.? The late 60s and early 70s seem very Aqua to me because of the all of the activisty stuff. I'd also say maybe 1780s/late 18th century--revolutions (American and French immediately came to mind). The 1940s, actually, had a lot of avant-garde music/innovations in piano music; John Cage and Olivier Messiaen are two names that come to mind. Messiaen was really into birds and used that as inspiration. The 1920s (until late 1929) and 1950s were all about luxury and glamor, as those were both post-World War decades (1920s, after World War I, 1950s, World War II). I could see a Libra or Leo living it up in style, or maybe a Taurus. Those decades were all about excess. Then again, a lot of social taboos fell apart in the 1920s (shorter skirts, shorter hair, going out on dates unchaperoned, cars, women getting the right to vote) could also be Aqua. Victorian times, lots of hidden eroticism underneath a veneer of purity and propriety--maybe a Virgo-Scorpio mix? I don't think that there's necessarily any right or wrong answer per se. And, on the flip side, are there any signs that you think would feel like a fish out of water in certain times? IP: Logged |

Ahh the music yes maybe! The 60's were the last of the Sinatra type of music being pop I think. Yes maybe on the fashion too. Lotsa avante garde designers made their mint in the 80's. 70's was ysl.. Who I think was a Leo.. IP: Logged | |
