This will be long..
I know I haven’t really shared this story, there has been a few people that I have told privately.
So here’s the story about why me and my husband separated.

My husband went to his company’s Christmas Party. I wasn’t feeling well, so I stayed home.
After the party he was pulled over and arrested for DUI, he was a little over the legal limit. (Which of course it is his mistake) no accidents, no injuries He had to deal with the consequences.
He was released the next day.
When these things happen, you deal with it, pay the fee’s attend the classes, and fight to keep you drivers license.
He went to court a month Later, like normal.. When he was seeing the judge he was told he was “accidently” released. (ok weird, right) He was taken back into custody.
I couldn’t get any answers, I didn’t know what was going on.

They only thing I could do was sit and wait. Well he had previous dui’s from his younger years. So then he was charged with a felony and sentenced to 16 months in prison. So I did the good wife thing, I dealt with it and waited.
Yeah ok, he made a stupid mistake and for sure had the pay the consequences, but I don’t really consider him a criminal per say.
So on his release date, I drove 4 hours to pick him up. They drop them off at a bus station. They can either get picked up there, or take a bus.
So I waited for hours, and he never showed. I called but couldn’t get any info, I was only told everyone was dropped off already. So I drove 4 hours home alone.. Again not knowing any thing.
He finally called me some 8 hours later, telling me that immigration had picked up him..
He spoke to an Ice agent; he was told they found an error with his immigration paperwork.
They gave him 2 choices 1. Voluntary leave the US and “fix” the problem or 2. Fight it, if you fight it, you will be flown to Texas (Im in Los Angeles) and remain in custody to see a judge, the wait list is months and months long. (What there is only 1 Judge) if the judge denies you, you will receive a 10 year ban from the US… If you voluntary leave, you will not receive a ban, and since your married to a US citizen, she can file paper work and bring you back. He chooses to voluntary leave the US.
He was flown to San Diego and dropped at the border at midnight, that same night. With only the clothes on his back, not even enough money to make a phone call. Not even a photo ID.

Now this is not a person that was hiding in the shadows. As his spouse I never did immigration paperwork, because I didn’t know we needed to. He moved to the US when he was 6 and he applied for Amnesty sometimes in the 80’s in his early adult years. He was approved and given a valid social security card. He worked his whole adult years filed taxes every year.

Supposedly there was some sort of “error” found. I still don’t know what that error even is.. BS if you ask me. That 1 paper wasn’t done, or signed or IDK.. What… So they “now” some 25-30years later, revoked his amnesty.
He was told, since you have been married for over 10 years, there wont be much problems. Especially “proving” it’s a legit marriage.
I spoke with lawyers, and was told its going to be really hard and a big fight. Because he has the felony, He will also need a presidential pardon, which is only given after 10 years.. I wasn’t given much hope.
We looked in what we needed to file the paperwork.. We started getting all the paper work together..
He was married before, so he had to get his divorce papers.
After a few months, he finally found her, she told him that he didn’t sign one line and the divorce was never granted, and that she had been looking for him, cuz she wanted to get married. WHAT!!!!!!
This is what killed me! IT broke me… I still don’t know how he didn’t “know” he wasn’t divorced. He had moved after signing the papers, and never got the info that he didn’t sign 1 sheet.. IDK… But I cant let it go.. Its like WOW really!!!!!
I could not longer apply for him, since he wasn’t divorced.
I spent months debating what to do..
I did think about moving, but I cant because 1 my kids deserve a US education, plus to move them into poverty, that would be selfish of me.
I have a good job.. I know deep down inside I would never be happy there. It would cause resentment on my part.
So after another year of trying to figure it out.. I decided to just let it be…

I'm shocked silly that I'm speechless.

Forget the DUIs, which a single episode is bad enough.

How can a man not know whether he's married or divorced?

I'm sorry life dealt you this deck of cards, but you have the strength and resolve to play the hand of cards you are dealt with to the best of your abilities.

Should you believe in the concept of a deity, then God Bless You.

One of the things that bother me most, is his family turned their back on me...
I think they feel I turned my back on him.. So they just dismissed me..
Which is fine for me.. But for my son, it bothers me, none calls, visits him.. They don't even invite him to his cousins birthday parties...

My natal uranus is at 15 libra..

Transit wise
T. Saturn was at 20virgo in my 7th
There was an aqua stellium going on with sun,nn, jupiter, neptune, chiron.. Mars was at the end of cap.. These were opps my leo stellium...
T. Uranus was in my h1 at 20pisces..
