My niece is nearly 15 (she will be in June) and she has Pisces rising - in the Scorpio decan and Saturn in aries in the 1st house. She is near the 29th degree of Pisces ascendant and I read somewhere that the person will have traits of both signs. I do see that as right because she does come across as having a fiery personality, but there is also a softness in her demeanour. Anyway, she wants to know if she will be tall an I'm not quite sure. Her father is 6ft 1/2 and her mother is 5ft2/3. She, nearly 15, is 5ft 1/2 but she hasn't had a proper growth spurt yet. Her father is very tall because of strong Sagittarius and Aquarius placements and her mother has very strong water placements like cancer so she is looks quite short and stocky. My niece on the other hand iooks taller than she is, is wiry and she is thin and bony- but definitely not weak. So I'm thinking 5ft 4/5 which is in between and because he Saturn is in Aries Aries are supposed to be quite tall, I'm not sure about Pisces , but she is near the Aries ascendant. What do you think???

I have a friend who has a similar aspect, Pisces ASC with Saturn in the 1st.
She is about 5'4.

Pisces and Aries are both in signs of short ascension plus Saturn in the first is of only moderate height and they tend to stoop or slouch.
Jupiter or Uranus conjunct the Ascendant can modify and add height.

As for your neice's 29* Pisces Ascendant..
She is firmly a Pisces with 29 degrees behind her and only minutes left in Pisces.
Aries is in front of her so she will naturally incorporate those traits as well in her personality. The big difference here is the Ruling Planet.
