I have Venus in PIsces in my 7th house
Pisces in my 8th House and the Ruler of that house is Neptune in my 5th house. I have a love for photography and art is usually a hobby of mine.Seeing how the ruler of my 8th house is in my 5th house , the art i usually love are mostly very fantasy or metaphysical or mythological that usually represent life and death or redemption through love in a way.------------------

My dad has Moon conjunct ascendant in Taurus & he loves Photography. Once upon a time, he was a professional photographer. Neptune sits in his 6H of work.I love painting more. Not that much into photography, maybe because noone ever introduced me to it. But then there's this tiny part of me that would like to pick a camera & hit the city. Neptune conjuncts my asc from the 12H side. Moon trines Nept/asc. IP: Logged |

wow thank you for that, quite an eye opener - i too know a taurus rising pisces sun & pisces venus who enjoys photography - perhaps it is the transcendence thing? i have neptune in the first house sextile my pisces moon - and i get what ya saying  IP: Logged |

thank you very much for ur reply, i guess universal love is a deep theme, i just think that often words don't do justice as it distills feelings down to a form that is merely a crumb of what it formerly was

I'm a Pisces ASC and I think I enjoy photographic equipment more than I enjoy photography. . For example, you won't find me in a swamp waiting with my telephoto lens trying to get shots of birds. . But I have all manner of lenses for my camera. IP: Logged |

There is one young Taurus Sun, Leo ASC I know who loves photography. She has Neptune in the 5th, and it is heavily aspected. Her Neptune is in Sag. She's way creative and artistic in general.IP: Logged |

I have Neptune from the 2nd contacting many of my personal planets including the Moon, and my MC with a strong trine. I have Cancer Mars contacting my MC from the 8th. Mars quintiles my Sun too. I think for this reason, I want to do a lot with the arts and I am very involved with it now. I want to learn cinematography and I have a fascination with watching movies and observing techniques like different angles, lighting, etc., and then envisioning scenes for movies in my own head. My writing ability (Virgo MC, Moon in Virgo) helps me transmute the images into words so I can be as detailed as possible when capturing. Predictably due to 8H Mars a lot of what I envision that I want to create and capture through images can be a little... disturbing. Sometimes abstract and then far-out. I like to work with drug abuse especially as a basis for film. IP: Logged |

what an interesting observation!Neptune is conjunct my Venus in the 9th House (3d Orb), Neptune is in Sagittarius though. But I LOVE photography, have sold my own photos, and can't seem to get enough of the world be it through the lens of a camera obscura or my own two eyes! And I FEEL VERY connected to the world around me when I capture a moment in photo - it's perhaps my Moon Opposite the Neptune/Venus at 0d Cancer? Either way, I'm always fumbling for the camera - and have to remind myself that sometimes - it's important to just EXPERIENCE the moment. Especially when trying to get a photo of my beautiful daughter who won't sit still! Ha! If any of you are Instagram-a-holics (like myself) - I'm there under the same moniker Warmly,

I knew a very talented photographer who was a Sag Sun, Leo Moon....shoot, can't remember his rising.Venus was in Scorp. He was a nature photographer and oil painter. Pretty phenomenal at both of them and traveled all over the world. IP: Logged |
