I'm not sure if this goes here but does anyone have any insight on ominous feelings??? I tend to get them occasionally but I can't really focus on where it's coming from. I tend to worry when I feel like this, as well as get really jumpy and cautious, so I'm looking for any insight you may have as to how I can calm myself down?? I'm just not sure what it is exactly.

Are you diagnosed with anxiety/depression?

Have you always been this way or is this just a recent occurrance? If it's just recent, probably a bad transit. I would look at your Moon or 12th house.

No, every now and then I just get strange feeling either that something is wrong or that something bad is going to happen. The knowing something wrong doesn't necessarily make me anxious, it frustrates me because I cant figure out what it's about whether it's bad or good.

The ominous feeling does leave me slightly more anxious or on edge because it's a definite feeling that something is happening or is going to happen soon that's not good.

I said something about it earlier this evening and a friend of mine (who lives about 3 hours away) said she was feeling the same thing with the same feelings all day (being extra cautious, etc).

Dang, if Pluto was hanging out on my Moon and sq Uranus I'd be having funny feelings too. When Uranus sq'd my Moon I had a huge shake up on the home front, but then again it was also sq my IC. Remember being in shock for a year and a half.
