What are the requirements to consider a group a stellium?

- The planets are conjunct.
- The planets are in the same sign.
- The planets are in one house.

The planets should be conjunct.
there are exceptions like if a planet is in the same sign but not technically conjunct but is "home" or "exalted" in that sign then you can include it also in your stellium.
