Popeye and Olive Oil - It's obvious that popeye is very devoted to Olive. However, with Olive sometimes finding herself caught between bluto and popeye it's clear that shes not as devoted to him. Even though popeye always seems to win olive's heart in the end, olive's misguided tendencies makes there relationship quite rocky.

Megamind and Roxanne - Despite starting off as casual enemies, I think Megamind always had an attraction to Roxanne. It wasn't until megamind disguised himself as bernard and bonded with roxanne, did he begin to fall in love with her. Unfortunately, when his identity was revealed the feelings were completely one sided, that is, until Megamind became the hero instead of the villian.
