What if that moon has stressfull aspets such as squares with pluo and mars and an opposition with Saturn .

Any aspect between moon and pluto is known as a "Hades moon" and is akin to having Moon in Scorpio. I can't speak a lot on that as it's a whole subject in itself but there are more experienced astrologers here who might help you describing it. Usually it speaks of something happening at birth or maybe you had a hard childhood.

Are you wanting to know about moon in the 11th, or stressful aspects to your moon?
