How do you do it?

I tried posting a picture of someone I know; trying to get some feedback on what others may think their asc might be. It was a disaster!

how do you post a hyper link (if that's the right word.

for example i have a site suggestion....and instead of just posting the link i want it to show up as say 'check this out'...

is that what this thing is...
