I've heard talk of certain planets being 'elevated' in a natal chart. So does this purely mean that it's in the 10th house, or does it include the 9th and 11th houses?

In my chart for example Venus is the highest planet in my chart, but it's in the 11th house. The MC, isn't at the top of my chart.

I don't know if I'll get many answers. I don't normally, but I'd appreciate it if anyone can help!
